| In recent years,the rapid development and popularization of digital technology has had a huge impact on all walks of life,especially in the commercial field.Under the backdrop of digitization,enterprises need to re-examine their business models and adopt corresponding transformation strategies to adapt to changes in the market and challenges of competition.Particularly in the current epidemic context,digital transformation has become a key factor for the survival and development of enterprises.Therefore,effective research on business model construction in the digital background and exploring successful practical experiences and methods will be an important direction for future research.This paper utilizes the commercial canvas model and selects Company A as the research subject,with a focus on realizing business model reconstruction under Company A’s digital conditions.The logical sequence of discussing the current situation,problems,and countermeasures is presented.Firstly,it defines the environment,resources,and elements of Company A to assess the foundational aspects of its business model transformation.Secondly,exploring the root causes of the issues in Company A’s business model using the Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Lastly,specific methods and safeguards for A company’s business model reform are identified from a digital perspective.By examining the business model reconstruction under the digital environment of Company A,this research generates realistic,actionable,and effective countermeasures and suggestions.It expands the existing research scope on enterprise business model construction and provides valuable insights for related enterprises in our country.This study holds both theoretical and practical significance. |
