Optimization Of LY Company’s Business Model Based On Canvas Model

At present,with the accelerating of urbanization and the rapid growth of population,life garbage disposal problems emerging in our country,because of the lack of management and extensive way,junk siege "junk wai village" phenomenon is increasingly serious,living garbage contained in the waste of resources,as well as the processing place bring different degree of environment pollution and covering problem,has caught the attention of all aspects.Although relevant policies existed in China as early as the beginning of the century,the implementation of these policies lagged behind,and a perfect system of laws,regulations and technical standards has not yet been formed.Therefore,it is urgent to solve the above problems.Since China accelerated the implementation of waste classification,all aspects of the work has been gradually started,but the effect of the promotion is still to be considered,the cultivation of industrial chain is still in the introduction stage,and no effective business model has been found.At present,all parts of the country are actively exploring appropriate garbage classification system.Under the premise of strong policy promotion,a number of domestic enterprises focusing on garbage classification operation have emerged and created a variety of business forms and business models.However,some enterprises have failed in their business model innovation,which has caused a negative impact on the industry.Since the development of waste classification business is in its early stage,its own accumulation and resource integration need to be optimized.Therefore,enterprises are still exploring ways to improve project operation efficiency,enhance core competitiveness and realize stable growth of operating benefits.There is still a long way to go to form a scientific and effective operation mode and even to form a scale benefit.This paper focuses on the research and analysis of the business model of typical garbage sorting enterprises using the canvas model.Through the mapping of the current situation of enterprise operation in the nine elements of the canvas model and the comparison with domestic and foreign business models and representative enterprises,the optimization direction and suggestions of the current business model are obtained.It provides the operation mode and operation mode suitable for the domestic market conditions for the same type of waste sorting enterprises,and provides reference for the garbage sorting industry to achieve the maximum benefits in the social,economic and ecological aspects.
