Research On Low Carbon Development Strategy Of T Gas Company Under The Dual Carbon Background

The report of the Twentieth National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the goal and requirements of green development,clearly pointing out that the goal of carbon neutrality and carbon peaking should be gradually achieved according to the plan,and the goal of promoting resource conservation and ecological environment protection should be adhered to after the establishment,so as to finally achieve green economic and social development.As an energy supply enterprise,T Gas Company’s research on low-carbon development strategy is a key measure to win the dual challenges of economic development and environmental protection and achieve sustainable development.This study uses methods such as PEST,Porter’s Five Forces Model,and SWOT analysis to deeply analyze the internal and external development environment of T Gas Company under the background of the "dual carbon" goal,and then conducts research on the strategic transformation of T Gas Company.The current status of T Gas Company’s low-carbon development is obtained,and drawing on the low-carbon development experience of leading enterprises in the industry,the five low-carbon development strategic transformation directions of T Gas Company are set,including the full industry chain operation strategy,diversified operation strategy Comprehensive energy service strategy,energy innovation strategy,and lowcarbon culture strategy.After analyzing the feasibility process of the low-carbon development strategy,measures were proposed to ensure the implementation of the low-carbon development strategy for T Gas Company,which includes continuous optimization of four aspects: the construction of low-carbon talent teams,employee performance evaluation systems,allocation of low-carbon related resources in enterprises,and seeking support from low-carbon policies.These measures serve as strategic supplements and guarantees for achieving low-carbon development.This study mainly focuses on the perspective of enterprises,and the research scope related to low-carbon development is mostly concentrated in a certain region.The content is mostly about the reasons for promoting regional low-carbon economic development,and the data is more macro and global in universality.Taking T Gas Company as the research object,this paper attempts to outline the theoretical framework for analyzing the low-carbon development strategy of natural gas enterprises.Studying the low-carbon development strategy of urban gas enterprises in the context of dual carbon,exploring the low-carbon development strategy of T Gas Company,maintaining the company’s competitiveness and achieving sustainable growth,is not only a specific application research of enterprise strategic management theory,but also conforms to the development trend of modern energy,making positive explorations for the realization of dual carbon goals.
