With the rapid development of China’s economy,along with the rapid growth of population,the improvement of living standards,the change of lifestyle,etc.,along with it comes the destruction of the ecological environment,of which the massive emission of carbon dioxide has become the main source of air pollution.The "green water and green mountains are the silver mountain of gold" represents the government’s determination to environmental management.With the emphasis on carbon pollution management,low-carbon and low-carbon construction and development have increasingly become the focus of attention.On this basis,China has proposed the goal of "achieving carbon peak by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060",which reflects the role of a big country while facing severe challenges and difficult tasks.In recent years,the concept of green development and low-carbon construction has been deeply rooted in all aspects of life,not only forming a number of experience and practices that can be replicated and promoted,but also laying a good foundation for the implementation of the goal of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.This paper focuses on the low-carbon development of micro energy-consuming enterprises by taking Company B as the research object.Company B belongs to the iron and steel industry,and its main business scope includes low-carbon metallurgy and mining engineering,energy-saving,safety and environmental protection,and engineering professional services.By reviewing relevant literature and drawing on it,this paper combs through the development history of low-carbon construction,lowcarbon development and low-carbon economy as well as enterprise development strategy at home and abroad,and analyzes the intrinsic connection between the relevant theories and low-carbon development strategy.Company B is selected as the main research object,and firstly,a low-carbon development environment analysis is carried out to comprehensively analyze the low-carbon development conditions of Company B according to the external environment and internal capacity of Company B and put forward the low-carbon development strategy accordingly.This paper firstly invites the main parties and experts and scholars of Company B through questionnaires and interviews to evaluate the collated internal and external key factors,and then conducts strategy selection through SWOT analysis matrix.Finally,according to the QSPM Strategy Analysis Matrix,the attractiveness scoring is conducted to finalize the attractiveness scoring of each alternative strategy to determine the low carbon development strategy suitable for the implementation of Company B.Based on the above research process as well as the current market environment and development needs in line with the current low-carbon development strategy,this paper concludes that Company B is suitable for the low-carbon development strategy of growth,diversification,development and stabilization strategy as the final strategy.Specific implementation measures include the gradual reduction of carbon emissions from corporate governance,corporate culture to all aspects of the production process,as well as carbon sequestration through carbon sink projects and the application of carbon capture technology.Finally,measures to ensure the effective implementation of the strategy are proposed.
