Research On Green Development Strategy Of FH Group Under The Background Of Double Carbon

As a basic industry that ensures the stable operation of the national economy,the petrochemical industry occupies an important position in China’s industrial economic system,but generally suffers from high energy consumption and high carbon emissions.In response to the global call for low-carbon development,China has put forward the target vision of carbon peaking and carbon neutral,and petrochemical companies are facing the strategic opportunities and challenges of green transformation.The article takes FH Group as the research object,and analyzes and studies it through strategic analysis tools,aiming to find out its suitable green development strategy.Based on the current background of "double carbon",the article firstly reviews the domestic and foreign research literature and lays a theoretical foundation for the study of FH Group’s green development strategy.Secondly,it gives an overview of the basic situation of FH Group,the current situation of green development and the existing problems,and discusses the necessity of implementing green development strategy of FH Group.Then,PEST,Porter’s five forces model,EFE and IFE are used to analyze and evaluate the internal and external environment and critical factors of the enterprise,and four alternative strategy types are derived through SWOT analysis.Again,the QSPM matrix was used to make the final analysis and selection of FH Group’s green development strategy,and the S-O growth strategy was selected to implement green development,based on which the strategy implementation path was proposed from six aspects,namely green planning,green energy,green production,green service,green technology and green culture.On this basis,in order to facilitate the smooth implementation of FH Group’s green development strategy,the article puts forward guarantee measures in four aspects: system,capital,human resources,and organizational culture.Finally,the article reviews the research findings of each chapter in Chapter 7 and again illustrates the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of FH Group’s green development strategy.The article hopes to help FH Group accurately grasp the opportunities and challenges it faces in the context of "double carbon",to provide a feasible reference for its green development,and to provide a reference for other domestic petrochemical companies to achieve green development.
