Research On The Development Strategy Of Shanxi JM Coal Enterprise

China’s "double carbon" goal will greatly affect the pattern of energy supply and demand,and coal will gradually change from the dominant energy position to the basic security energy position.The proposal of the goals of "carbon neutral" and "carbon peak" will have a huge impact on China’s energy market.As the dominant energy in China for a long time,coal will gradually transition to basic security energy.With the adjustment of national policies,coal industry enterprises should make predictions in advance and formulate corresponding strategic development plans.This paper selects Shanxi JM Group as the research object,makes a comprehensive analysis of its external environment and internal resources,and puts forward specific suggestions on how to formulate a scientific strategic development plan.Firstly,the paper introduces the background and significance of the research,domestic and foreign literature review,research content and methods.Secondly,the paper expounds the concept of enterprise strategic management and the relevant theories such as PEST analysis and five-force model analysis.Thirdly,the paper uses PEST analysis method to analyze the macro environment faced by Shanxi JM coal enterprises,and uses the five-force model analysis method to analyze the industry competition environment faced by Shanxi JM coal enterprises.It also analyzes the internal resources,advantages and disadvantages of Shanxi JM Group.Thirdly,the paper uses SWOT matrix to select the development strategy of Shanxi JM coal enterprise,and formulates the overall strategy and business strategy of Shanxi JM coal enterprise.It is proposed that Shanxi JM Group should unswervingly focus on the main business,deepen reform,comprehensive reform,and innovative development,focus on the restructuring of resources,organizational restructuring,cultural revitalization,and connotation development,and work together in six aspects,namely,party building leadership,safety and environmental protection,business management,industrial upgrading,reform and transformation,and people-oriented development,so as to create a model for high-quality development and accelerate the construction of world-class coking coal enterprises with global competitiveness.Finally,the paper puts forward the strategic implementation and safeguard measures of Shanxi JM coal enterprise from the aspects of digital development,innovative development,financial resources guarantee,human resources guarantee,corporate culture construction,etc.This paper is mainly positioned under the goal of "carbon neutral" and "carbon peak",and studies how to achieve development of Shanxi JM Group from the strategic level,fully considers the current development basis of Shanxi JM Group,and puts forward suggestions on how to adjust its strategic development plan and how to formulate safeguard measures,hoping to break the current development bottleneck for Shanxi JM Group and other enterprises in China’s coal industry and achieve sustainable development,Provide some reference suggestions.
