Research On DBCY’s Low-carbon Development Strategy Under The Background Of "Double Carbon"

As a country with the largest global energy consumption and carbon emissions,China proposed the goal of carbon peak and carbon neutrality in 2020.The global energy consumption structure is undergoing tremendous changes.After reaching the peak,oil consumption will show a downward trend and be replaced by clean energy such as natural gas.Oil and gas storage and transportation enterprises have high energy consumption and carbon emissions.That development mode has deviated from the requirements of China’s high-quality development under the background of "double carbon".It is urgent to carry out energy conservation and emission reduction to achieve green and low-carbon development.Facing the complex and changeable internal and external environment,it is an important topic to study how DBCY company,as an oil transportation enterprise,should exert its advantages and achieve low-carbon development.This thesis systematically studies DBCY’s low-carbon development strategy under the background of "double carbon" with comprehensive use of literature research,field investigation and theoretical analysis.First of all,a large number of data are collected,sorted,and analyzed.It systematically analyzes the development status and trend of oil and gas industry,as well as DBCY company,and defines the problems in low-carbon development.Then the PEST analysis method is used to analyze the external macro environment of DBCY company,and the SWOT analysis is used to analyze and match the key influencing factors of the internal and external environment.Then the goals and design principles of DBCY’s low-carbon development are clarified,and the low-carbon development strategies are designed,including clean energy replacement to reduce carbon,energy saving and efficiency promotion,scientific and technological innovation support,green business expansion.Specific implementation paths are also proposed.Finally,this thesis gives safeguard measures for the implementation and control of DBCY’s low-carbon development strategy from five aspects,including organization,system,talent,finance and technology.The low-carbon development of DBCY company is full of opportunities and challenges under the background of "double carbon".The research conclusion of DBCY’s low-carbon development strategy and path provides a reference for its future development.At the same time,it also has certain reference and guiding significance for the low-carbon development of the same type of oil and gas storage and transportation enterprises in China.It is expected to be conducive to the green,low-carbon and sustainable development of China’s oil and gas industry.
