The carbon emission right is non-exclusive and negative externality,which makes enterprises expand the production scale to improve production efficiency and increase the carbon emissions unlimited,which will eventually lead to the "tragedy of the commons".The purpose of the carbon market is to make carbon emission rights exclusive through market means and circulate among all participants in the form of commodities,so as to achieve the overall goal of carbon dioxide emission reduction of the whole society at a lower cost.The electric power industry is the first industry to be included in the national carbon market,and its activity in the carbon market has attracted much attention.However,its high proportion of fossil energy consumption and large volume of energy consumption have reduced its enthusiasm for carbon trading.Therefore,how to improve the enthusiasm of electric power enterprises to participate in the carbon market is a practical issue that needs to be urgently solved in the academic community.In view of this,this study took electric power enterprises in Henan Province as the research object,based on information asymmetry theory and planning behavior theory,constructed a structural equation model and a system dynamics model of carbon market participation willingness of electric power enterprises in Henan Province,focusing on the influencing factors and improvement mechanism of carbon market participation willingness of electric power enterprises in Henan Province,and made the following findings:(1)Information acquisition,social norms,perceived behavior control,and carbon market cognition can all have a positive impact on the willingness of enterprises to participate in the carbon market;(2)Perceived behavioral control and carbon market cognition have mediating effects in the relationships between information acquisition and willingness to participate,social norms and willingness to participate;,(3)Compared to other factors,carbon market cognition has the smallest impact on the willingness of electric power enterprises in Henan Province to participate in the carbon market,which also leads to its minimal intermediary role in the relationship between information acquisition and willingness to participate,social norms and willingness to participate;,(4)The changing trend of willingness to participate is influenced by multiple factors such as information acquisition,social norms,perceived behavior control,and carbon market cognition.Based on the conclusions of this study,targeted recommendations are proposed from four perspectives:information transmission,peer monitoring mechanisms,reward and punishment systems,and difficulty in participation.
