| 40 years of reform and opening-up,our country economy has made remarkable achievements, but the years of extensive pattern of economic development also brings a series of environmental problems, not only hinder the improvement of the economic development level, also affects the people’s quality of life and happiness to ascend, and even endanger the human survival. The negative impact brought by the deterioration of urban ecological environment has aroused the high attention of the central and local governments and implemented a series of measures. But environmental governance is not only the responsibility of the government, but also the widespread participation of the public. At present,China’s citizen environmental governance participation is not high,in order to solve environmental problems, promote better urban development. It is particularly important to study the factors that influence citizens’ willingness to participate in environmental governance and improve their participation in urban environmental governance..In this context, the intention of citizens to participate in environmental governance is studied by combining theoretical and empirical research.First of all,use CiteSpaceV to conduct a bibliometric analysis of the studies on citizen participation, environmental behavior, and other theories, and construct a model for citizens’ willingness to participate in environmental governance.Secondly, the research model was modified by means of trial survey and in-depth interview, and a formal questionnaire was designed.Again, two surveys were conducted on field surveys and electronic questionnaires in Fuzhou and Xiamen,A total of 1,113 valid questionnaires were obtained.SPSS21.0 and AMOS21.0 statistical analysis software were used to describe the statistical analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation model verification analysis of the obtained data.Among them, the descriptive analysis shows that the citizens of Fuzhou and Xiamen currently have higher participation in the private environmental field than the public sector.Xiamen citizens’ environmental governance participation is higher than that of Fuzhou. From the perspective of various variables, the usefulness, ease of use, attitudes, subjective norms, convenience conditions, and perceptions of perceived behavior control of citizen perceptions are all high. The remaining variables have a low degree of recognition, among which Xiamen’s degree of recognition is lower than that of Fuzhou. In addition, the rest are higher than Fuzhou.Correlation and structural equation model validation analysis shows that citizens’attitudes, subjective norms, and perceived behavioral control have a significant positive impact on citizens’ environmental behavioral intentions, with perceived behavioral control having the greatest impact and followed by attitudes, subjective norms have the least impact on the willingness to environmental behavior. In addition, convenience conditions have a direct impact on citizens’environmental behavior.Attitudes are related to citizen’s perceived usefulness and perceived compatibility, among which the correlation with perceptional compatibility is the largest, but it is not related to perceived ease of use.The pressure is highly correlated with subjective norms, and the correlation coefficient is as high as 0.907.Self-efficacy and convenience conditions positively influence citizens’ perceived behavioral control. Finally, according to the research conclusions, the countermeasures and suggestions for improving citizens’ participation in environmental governance are proposed, which mainly include improving the attitude of citizens in environmental governance, improving the subjective norms of citizens, and the control of perceived behaviors. |
