Research On The Carbon Emission Reduction Efficiency Of Yunnan Thermal Power Generation Enterprises Under The Carbon Trading Market Mechanism

In December 19,2017,the national development and Reform Commission issued the national carbon emission trading market construction scheme(power generation industry),which marks the official start of the national unified carbon emission trading market system on the basis of the 7 pilot provinces and municipalities of carbon emission trading.As the leader of the national ecological civilization construction,Yunnan will decompose the goal of reducing carbon emission intensity and total volume in 13 th Five-Year,and promote the construction of the national carbon emissions trading market.Yunnan thermal power generation enterprises will also actively participate in the carbon emissions market transactions.Under the carbon emissions trading market mechanism,carbon emission right has the same value as other production resources,and can be used as a commodity to circulate freely in the market.This way will make a significant transformation in the profitability and profitability structure of enterprises.Taking Yunnan thermal power generation enterprises as the research object,this paper analyzes the carbon emission reduction efficiency of enterprises under the carbon emission trading mechanism.On the basis of a summary of relevant literature,the paper analyzes the carbon emission status of Yunnan thermal power industry,chooses Guowei Xuanwei Power Generation Limited company,Guodian Yangzong Hai Power Generation Limited company,Kunming Power Generation Limited company of Yunnan Huadian Power Generation Limited company,Yunnan China Power Generation Limited company,and Yunnan Datang International Red River Power Generation Five Yunnan thermal power generation enterprises,such as limited liability company,use the super efficiency DEA model and the Malmquist index model to study.The total level of carbon emission reduction efficiency of five thermal power enterprises has risen steadily during the evaluation period,and the total factor productivity shows a fluctuating trend.Based on the carbon trading market mechanism,based on the carbon trading prices of the pilot provinces and cities in the past years,the above five thermal power generation enterprises conduct carbon emission reduction efficiency simulation analysis.According to the analysis results,combined with the specific situation of Yunnan thermal power generation enterprises,this paper puts forward some suggestions on improving the efficiency of carbon emission reduction from the state level,industry level and enterprise level.
