| As the modernisation of our society accelerates,the domestic service industry faces new opportunities to develop into a modern service model.The social demand for talents in the domestic service industry has changed from "quantity" to "quality",and there is a strong demand for high-level domestic service talents.In recent years,China has been deepening its emphasis on vocational education,promoting the development of modern domestic service and management at the higher vocational education level in China,cultivating a large number of high-quality domestic personnel for China.Talent training program is the pre-determination of the whole process of talent training in higher vocational institutions,and there are still certain problems on the training of modern domestic service and management professional talents,and the quality of talent training program has a direct impact on the quality of talents,and the qualitative research on the training program of modern domestic service and management professional talents in higher vocational institutions can provide intellectual support for the domestic service industry in a fundamental way.This paper follows the main line of problem identification-problem formulation-problem analysis-problem solving to conduct the research.Nvivo11 is used to analyse the text of the talent training programmes of the nine selected case institutions,to explain in detail the current situation of the six key elements of the talent training programmes: training objectives,training specifications,vocational orientation,curriculum system,credit hours and implementation guarantee,to explore the problems and the causes of the problems,and to provide reference for the adjustment and optimisation of the talent training programmes of modern domestic service and management at the higher vocational education level.The aim is to provide reference for the adjustment and optimisation of the talent training programme of modern domestic service and management at higher vocational education level.The study reveals that the talent training programme is incomplete,the training objectives lack professional characteristics,the training specifications are unclear,the standard of vocational orientation is lacking,the curriculum needs to be improved,the proportion of credits for extension courses and elective courses is too low,and the teaching facilities and teaching resources are weak in the implementation guarantee.The reasons for these problems include inadequate feedback mechanisms for the formulation and evaluation of talent training programmes,lack of clarity in the understanding of the connotation of the training objectives by the programme makers,inadequate research on the specification of the needs of home economics professionals,lack of timely updating of career-oriented supporting content,outdated content of some curriculum systems and professional courses,low attention to students’ personality development,and teaching facilities and teaching materials out of step with the development of the times.In response to the causes,countermeasures are proposed to implement teaching standards to improve the programme development and evaluation feedback mechanism,set training objectives with home economics characteristics,clarify training specifications based on market demand,improve career-oriented initiatives,optimise the home economics curriculum system and course content,strengthen the teaching concept of personality development,and improve the standard of home economics teaching facilities and teaching materials. |
