The Problems And Optimizing Strategies Of The Personnel Training Mode Of University-enterprise Cooperation In The Welding Major Of Higher Vocational Colleges

With the severe shortage and difficulty in students employment of highly skilled workers is becoming a common phenomenon in society,school-enterprise cooperation has become the main way to solve current social labor shortage,employment of university students,the widespread concern in the community.For businesses,the school-enterprise cooperation,to train high-quality personnel with specialized skills;for schools,can be beneficial to cultivate talent community,reflecting the value of education;for society,can solve the employment problem of college students;for students by learning professional skills,can quickly integrate into the workplace,and to obtain economic returns.At present,the overall industrial base in Hunan Province more abundant,automobiles,construction machinery,rail transportation and other fields have a higher profile,but the lack of professional and technical personnel has gradually become an important factor limiting the development of these areas.In this paper,Hunan Mechanical and Electrical Polytechnic for the study,to discuss on the welding professional training during the school-enterprise cooperation,in order to find the limit of the current school-enterprise cooperation scale and quality of the main issues for the follow-up more professional to carry out school-enterprise lay the theoretical foundation for cooperation.Framework of this study: The first chapter is an introduction,mainly to ask questions,introduces the background,significance,literature review,research ideas and methods;the second chapter introduces the main forms of welding specialized vocational school-enterprise cooperation model and talent features;the third chapter of Hunan Mechanical and Electrical Polytechnic College,analyzed the current situation of professional training mode of school-enterprise vocational welding,concrete analysis of the status quo situation and development trend of welding technology and welding technology personnel needs of school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training.At the same time,through the analysis of the status quo,find vocational schools and enterprises specialized welding training mode presence construction welding technology professional development time is short,fast,lag of welding training and professional training of teachers,the school grounds and training base lag,school personnel training and contradictory business professionals demand and other issues.The fourth chapter for the current situation and existing problems,put forward suggestions to improve professional vocational welding school-enterprise cooperation in personnel training mode,such as: the construction of complete welding courses and curriculum reform,improve the hardware facilities,pay attention to teachers,to strengthen the "double type " of teachers,school-enterprise cooperation to increase efforts to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of enterprises,strengthen students' professionalism and practice management education and enhanced functions of the government,to promote school-enterprise cooperation.This study through questionnaires,document analysis,case studies and other ways to understand the problem of welding professionals needs and school-enterprise cooperation model is facing a talent.Through a large collection of school-enterprise cooperation talent pattern related documents,etc.,to provide a theoretical basis for the writing of this article;and based on the collection of information on a questionnaire survey's data as the basis,combined with Hunan Mechanical and Electrical Polytechnic as a Case Study,on which they appear problems and achievements were discussed,with the actual,put forward innovative proposals and strategies.
