The Study On Curriculum Setting Of Modern Husehold Service And Management Specialty In Higher Vocational Colleges From Post Core Ability Training

At present,the domestic service industry still has problems such as insufficient supply,low quality and low vitality.It is the inescapable responsibility of vocational colleges to provide suitable domestic talents for the domestic service industry.Therefore,how to cultivate professional homemakers suitable for post and demand and ensure the effective supply of high-quality homemakers is an important issue to be solved urgently,as well as the starting point and destination of this study.In order to understand the current situation of curriculum setting of higher vocational home economics major from the perspective of core competence training,firstly,this paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the demand for core competence of home economics enterprises by taking front-line managers of home economics enterprises as the survey objects.Secondly,this paper uses text analysis method and Nvivo software to understand the current situation of curriculum setting of higher vocational home economics major by comparing teaching standards of higher vocational home economics major published by the Ministry of Education from four aspects: talent training target positioning,curriculum distribution,professional core curriculum and practical training courses.Finally,by comparing the survey results of homemakers with the current curriculum of higher vocational colleges,and combining with the interview results of teachers of homemakers in higher vocational colleges,it is found that the curriculum of homemakers in sample colleges is generally in line with the national standards,focusing on the training of technical and skilled homemakers,but there are also some problems,including: The target orientation of talent training lacks the guidance of core competence training;The proportion of course distribution is disjointed from the demand of domestic enterprises.Professional core courses are not fully combined with the core competence needs of homemakers;The training link does not pay attention to the practice of core competence.On this basis,based on the training of post core competence,this study summarized the main causes of the problems in the curriculum setting of higher vocational home economics major,and put forward the following optimization suggestions: In combination with the core competence requirements of homemakers’ posts,talent training objectives are set,the practical quality of homemakers’ posts and core competence related courses are raised,the dynamic adjustment of professional core courses is realized in combination with the core competence requirements of homemakers’ posts,and the funds invested in the construction of homemakers’ training bases are increased to ensure the practice of core competence of posts.
