Study On Optimization Of Procurement Management System Of HX Gas Company

With the deepening of related research and application of enterprise procurement management,procurement management is changing from a single professional service function within enterprises to a strategic function of integrating internal and external resources and a business function of ensuring supply and reducing cost.Advanced management concepts such as supply chain management have been developed,as well as a variety of management modes such as centralized procurement and supplier management.HX Gas Company is a provincial state-owned comprehensive gas enterprise.According to the development idea of "strategic reorganization,professional integration and block operation",it has gradually formed the operation and development pattern of "exploration and development,resource storage and transportation,comprehensive utilization,equipment manufacturing and scientific and technological innovation".After the operation and development in recent years,the company mainly undertakes the whole industrial chain functions of gas industry exploration and development,resource storage and transportation,comprehensive utilization,scientific and technological innovation,and provides public services for gas business in the province.With the continuous development and expansion of the enterprise,it has formed a certain scale of assets and benefits,But there are also some factors that restrict better development,one of which is the mismatch between the procurement management system and the development status of the enterprise.Based on the study and understanding of the supply chain management theory and the application research of the centralized procurement mode,this paper takes the current situation of the procurement management system of HX Gas Company as an example,and conducts the research through interviews,questionnaires,data comparison and other methods.In-depth analysis is made on the existing problems in procurement organization structure,material management,system process,supplier management and information system,and combined with the actual situation of HX Gas Company,This paper puts forward some feasible suggestions and safeguard measures from the following five aspects:establishing the procurement management organization under the above system,optimizing the material inventory management,integrating and optimizing the business process,improving the supplier management,and strengthening the information construction,in order to improve the overall procurement management level by optimizing the procurement management system,and thus realize the high quality development of the enterprise and the improvement of the overall benefit.
