| Coal is the most abundant fossil fuel on the earth today.Vigorously developing coal chemical industry can give full play to the advantages of coal resources.Coal chemical industry is a process in which lump coal is effectively transformed into solid,gas,liquid products and various chemicals through physical or chemical processing such as grinding and vaporization.BF coal chemical company is a modern private joint-stock enterprise which mainly produces coal chemical products and integrates production,sales and scientific research.Affected by the downward pressure of macro-economy,BF coal chemical company still has losses.Based on the research of domestic and foreign procurement management related literature,combined with the current situation of domestic coal chemical industry,optimize and improve the procurement supply chain process.This paper uses questionnaire survey and analytic hierarchy process to further study the problems and deficiencies in the procurement process,such as:there is no cooperation and communication between departments,the name of supplier management remains in fact,the level of information is low,the purchaser lacks revenue generating work,zero inventory management deviation reduces the centralized purchasing advantage,etc.In order to improve the purchasing process,such as:reduce expenses,improve supplier management,reduce labor costs,improve market response ability,and improve customer satisfaction,in accordance with the principles of meeting customers’ needs,maximizing and minimizing,integrating with the times and being fair and just,use the method of ESIA to analyze the process improvement in detail.Finally,it simplifies the procurement supply chain process,improves the supplier KPI evaluation system,provides data basis for purchasing and supplier selection,and provides supplier reputation reference for finance.Through the improvement of the preliminary procurement supply chain process,it can lay a solid foundation for BF coal chemical company to promote the procurement supply chain,reach strategic intention with the upstream and downstream industry partners as far as possible,and build its own procurement supply chain,so as to assist the company to make major management decisions,enhance the procurement status,and give full play to the procurement efficiency. |
