In the ever-changing and highly competitive market environment,material management has become an important part of modern enterprise production,operation and management activities,which plays a key role in reducing production costs,optimizing the use of funds,and enhancing the profitability of enterprises.K company is a state-owned enterprise that is mainly engaged in the exploration and development of oil and natural gas.With the continuous low prices of international oil prices and the need for the reform of state-owned enterprises in recent years,the company has sought to achieve the goal of reducing costs and increasing efficiency through various channels.As the top priority,management needs to conduct in-depth analysis of existing traditional management systems,find problems,and rectify and optimize.The article starts with the status quo of K company's material management,through consulting the research literature method,applying the relevant theories of modern enterprise management such as supply chain management,ABC taxonomy,fine management,etc.,combined with the K company materials obtained through the use of field survey and analysis in the author's work.Based on the relevant basic data of management,from the four aspects of material requirements planning,material procurement,material storage,and material use processes,the system inductive deduction method was used to analyze the problems in the company's material management work,and corresponding countermeasures were proposed.Strengthen the management of material demand plans from the aspects of strengthening the management of material asset declarations,formulating an efficient material demand plan management model,strictly controlling the use of sporadic materials,and the use of emergency funds,and strengthening the investigation of material market prices,regulating material tender management,and establishing Improve suppliers' assessment and evaluation systems to strengthen material purchasing management;strengthen material warehousing management in terms of material quality control,warehousing security risk monitoring,and determination of reasonable inventory levels;optimize the management of basic materials,strengthen waste material collection and management,and improve Enhance the management of materials use in terms of management of material statistics and other aspects.Through theabove-mentioned set of methods,it is of positive significance for K company to improve the level of material management and achieve cost reduction and efficiency increase,and it also has certain reference effects for other companies.
