As major oil-fields in our country are facing restructuring and reorganizing,increasingly diversified market demand,more and more competitive competition.In today's oil industry,labor costs only account for 7percents to 8 percents of the cost of the product,but the cost of raw materials and purchased parts accounts for about 60%?70% of the cost.Therefore,on the basis of guaranteeing normal production,it is very important to continuously optimize material management and improve the effective utilization of funds to improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.This paper takes ZS company of Daqing Oil Field CO.as the research object,based on the centralized theory of material management,supply chain management theory,lean theory and process optimization theory.According to the actual situation of ZS company of Daqing Oil Field CO.,through the scientific methods to exlpore such as data research,field survey,questionnaire,expert evaluation,comparative study,find out the problems existing in material management of ZS company,such as redundancy of organization,complicated material management process,non-standard material planning management,imperfect supplier management system,backward internal control management method of material procurement and excessive material storage and inventory.Aiming at these six kinds of problems,this paper puts forward one by one optimization strategy which suits the actual situation of ZS Company,and lists the detailed comparison before and after optimization.In order to ensure the optimization strategy can be implemented smoothly,the guarantee scheme and the implementation measures were put forward from the six aspects of corporate leadership,institutional framework,human resources,enterprise culture,basic work and information technology in the fourth part of this paper.This paper hopes to analyze,study and optimize the material management problems of ZS Company of Daqing Oil Field CO.,can effectively improve the material management status of ZS company,it also provides some references and references for the material management of other similar petroleum enterprises.
