| As a foreign student studying in China,I have witnessed the rapid development of China’s economy in my study career.As China’s economy continues to develop,in 2019 China will rank second in the world economy with a total of 14.4 trillion US dollars.With the continuous advancement of China’s economic development,Chinese enterprises have become more and more aware of environmental protection,and began to use green human resource management to improve their environmental performance.This paper studies the impact of green human resource management on corporate environmental protection enthusiasm,and thus on corporate environmental performance.The effect of green human resource management on the internal environmental enthusiasm of the company may also be affected by corporate cultural identity and organizational commitment.Therefore,this paper aims to promote the improvement of environmental performance of Chinese companies by studying the relationship between these variables and the environmental performance of the company.This paper studies the impact of green human resource management on corporate environmental performance through quantitative analysis.First,this article proposes research hypotheses through four parts:the role of green human resource management on environmental enthusiasm,the effect of environmental enthusiasm on corporate environmental performance,the intermediary role of environmental enthusiasm,and the moderating role of corporate cultural identity and organizational commitment;In this paper,the questionnaire survey was carried out,and the statistical analysis and hypothesis testing were elaborated.This article draws the following five conclusions:(1)Green human resource management has a positive role in promoting environmental protection enthusiasm;(2)Environmental enthusiasm plays a positive role in promoting corporate environmental performance;(3)Environmental enthusiasm in green human resource management plays a partial intermediary role in corporate environmental performance;(4)Corporate cultural identity plays a moderating role in the relationship between green human resource management and environmental enthusiasm;(5)The organization commitment play a moderating role in the relationship between green human resource management and environmental enthusiasm.Finally,this thesis proposes five research policies for implementing green human resource management strategies,focusing on training and greening of pay,encouraging employees to participate in green environmental protection public welfare activities,and fostering employees’ organizational identity,in order to provide reference for Chinese companies in environmental protection policies. |
