| With the development of economy,environmental pollution problems emerge endlessly,which also makes the domestic public concern on environmental issues continue to rise,which has caused the thinking of Green Governance and pursuit of sustainable development concept.Therefore,domestic enterprises also take on the responsibility of environmental pollution control and environmental protection,and incorporate the environmental performance into the enterprise performance system.For agricultural enterprises,most enterprises will solve the pollution problems caused by livestock and poultry manure pollution and fertilizer production from the perspective of production.In addition to solving the environmental pollution from the perspective of production,how to undertake the responsibility of environmental protection from the daily work of the enterprises is the problem we should explore in this paper.Green human resource management is the combination of human resource management and environmental management,and it is the green of each module of human resource management.This paper takes Henan TZH agricultural animal husbandry Co.,Ltd.and its branches as the research object.From the perspective of agricultural enterprises,this paper constructs a theoretical research model of the impact of green human resource management on environmental protection performance of agricultural enterprises based on the basic view of natural resources,social exchange theory and sustainable human resource management theory.The paper studies how green human resource management influences the environmental performance of agricultural enterprises through green recruitment,green training,green salary,green performance and employee participation by questionnaire survey,statistical analysis and other methods.In this paper,the employee job satisfaction is introduced as the intermediary variable in the study of two variables.At the same time,the regulatory effect of organizational commitment as a regulating variable between green human resource management and employee job satisfaction is considered.The research hypotheses are made.After the hypothesis is tested by structural equation model,According to the results,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for the agricultural enterprises to improve the environmental protection performance.This paper draws the following five conclusions:(1)green human resource management has a significant positive impact on corporate environmental performance;(2)green human resource management has a significant positive impact on employee job satisfaction;(3)employee job satisfaction has a significant positive impact on corporate environmental performance;(4)employee job satisfaction plays an important role in green human resource management and corporate environmental protection Performance plays a partial mediating role.The effect of control variables on the hypothetical relationship is not significant;(5)Organizational commitment plays a positive moderating role between green human resource management and employee job satisfaction.According to the research results,the management enlightenment is that the implementation of green human resource management can improve the environmental performance of enterprises.Six policy suggestions are put forward,including strengthening the practice of green human resource management,paying attention to the greening of salary and performance appraisal,improving the greening of recruitment and training,encouraging employees to participate,paying attention to improving employees’ job satisfaction and improving employees’ organizational commitment.It provides enlightenment to realize the goal of sustainable development. |
