Economic development,as an important global lifeline and engine,has long been a concern for all countries.At the same time,with the increase of industrialization,the rapid economic development brought by countries also brings problems such as climate and environmental pollution,and extreme weather and natural disasters rare in a hundred years have appeared in various places many times.As a result,more and more countries around the world are paying attention to environmental protection and are exploring a new economic development model in which economic development and environmental protection can coexist.At the same time,more and more countries are starting to transition to green industrialization and a sustainable economic model.Based on previous studies,this paper first builds a network SBM-DEA model considering unexpect output to assess the effectiveness of green technology innovation in Chinese industry between 2011 and 2020.Secondly,a centre of gravity formula is introduced to derive a map of the time-series evolution of the spatial pattern of the efficiency of industrial green technology innovation in representative years,and global and local Moran’s I are brought in investigate their correlation in terms of spatial distribution.Finally,a Tobit regression model is established,and the impact of six factors,including enterprise scale,degree of openness,government support,Finally,six influencing factors,including enterprise size,degree of openness to the outside world,government support,environmental regulation,were selected and a Tobit regression model was developed to explore their effects on the overall efficiency of industrial green technology innovation as well as its sub-stages.The following conclusions are mainly drawn: first,the level of industrial green technology innovation efficiency in China fluctuates to different degrees in different periods,with an overall upward trend;second,there are spatial differences in industrial green technology innovation efficiency in China,showing a distribution pattern of gradual increase from west to east,with the center of gravity gradually moving to the northwest;third,the spatial distribution of industrial green technology innovation efficiency in China shows a significant spatial;Third,the spatial distribution of industrial green technology innovation efficiency in China shows a significant spatial correlation,there are more provinces and cities with high high aggregation and low low aggregation;Fourth,the regression analysis of industrial green technology creation efficiency,efficiency value of technology R&D stage and efficiency value of achievement transformation stage are substituted into Tobit model respectively,and it is found that the same influencing factor will have different effect size and direction on industrial green technology innovation efficiency and its sub-stages.
