Study On The Synergistic Development Of New Urbanization,Rural Revitalization And Ecological Environment In Northeast China

As China’s development enters a new era,China’s economic development will also enter a stage of high-quality development.The contradiction between rapid economic development and ecological and environmental pressure is becoming increasingly apparent,and the crude and indiscriminate way of economic development is unsustainable,while low-carbon sustainable development indicates the future direction.It is a fundamental prerequisite for the people to share the fruits of social development,and it is crucial to analyze the synergistic development of new urbanization,rural revitalization and ecological environment according to the actual situation to meet the growing needs of the people.Based on the concept of harmonious coexistence of human and nature,we construct a measurement index system,calculate index weights using the entropy method to establish a measurement model,and use kernel density estimation,Dagum Gini coefficient method and Markov chain method to conduct empirical analysis on 34prefecture-level cities in Northeast China.The study found that:(1)the level of synergistic development among Liaoning,Jilin,Heilongjiang and Northeast China as a whole is gradually increasing,and the cities with high level of synergistic development are distributed in a "ten" pattern;(2)the relative differences in the level of synergistic development among regions are gradually decreasing,and the unbalanced differences in the level of synergistic development among and within regions are gradually decreasing.(3)There is inertia in the synergistic development of each city,and the phenomenon of "bottleneck" is obvious,so it is difficult to achieve leapfrog level transfer in a short period of time,but there is a "club convergence phenomenon" for cities in the middle and high level of synergistic development.Through the analysis of the synergistic development of new urbanization,rural revitalization and ecological environment in Northeast China and the evolution pattern,this paper puts forward corresponding policy recommendations,which can provide policy inspiration for promoting high-quality development in Northeast China and other regions.
