Study On The Level Of Coordinated Development Of New Urbanization,Rural Revitalization And Ecological Environment

Since the reform and opening up,China has made great achievements in economic construction and people’s living conditions have been improving,but the problems of unbalanced urban and rural development and the contradiction between economic and social development and ecological environmental protection still exist.In order to further solve these problems,China has introduced new urbanization strategy,rural revitalization strategy and policies related to ecological environmental protection.At present,China’s urban and rural construction and ecological management have made certain achievements,but the prominent urban-rural contradiction,ecological environment deterioration and serious waste of resources have not been properly solved,which seriously hinder the construction of China’s strong socialist modernization country,so it is urgent to conduct an in-depth study on the coordinated development of new urbanization,rural revitalization and ecological environment.This paper first collates and summarizes the relevant literature in the fields of new urbanization,rural revitalization and ecological environment,and further explores the mechanism of the coordinated development of the three.On this basis,the comprehensive development level and coordinated development level of new urbanization,rural revitalization and ecological environment in 31 provinces from 2011 to 2020 are measured by constructing a reasonable evaluation index system,and the spatial and temporal evolution of the coordinated development level of the three systems is analyzed by using exploratory spatial data method,and then the influence of the coordinated development of the three systems is discussed.The study results show that The research results show that:(1)the comprehensive development levels of new urbanization,rural revitalization and ecological environment have all improved significantly from 2011 to 2020,and there are obvious regional differences;(2)the coordination degree of new urbanization,rural revitalization and ecological environment coupling in China has fluctuated and increased during the decade,and reached the intermediate coordination level in 2020,with positive spatial autocorrelation;the three systems have a positive spatial correlation.(3)The analysis of the core influencing factors of the coordinated development of the three systems shows that the increase of GDP per capita,completed investment in industrial pollution control,urban road area per capita,forest coverage rate and the proportion of secondary and tertiary industries can promote the level of coordinated development of new urbanization,rural revitalization and ecological environment,and the income of urban and rural residents shows a negative correlation with the coupled coordination degree of the three systems,and the influencing factors in different regions The degree of influence of each factor varies in different regions.Finally,based on the theoretical basis and empirical findings,this paper proposes recommendations: to improve the quality of new urbanization and make up for the shortcomings of urban construction;to accelerate rural revitalization and improve the quality of life of farmers;to control environmental pollution and improve the ecological protection mechanism.This paper explores the relationship between new urbanization,rural revitalization and ecological environment coordinated development,evaluates the level of coordinated development of the three systems from two perspectives of time and space,and analyzes the influencing factors of the coordinated development of the three,which is a useful exploration of the theory of new urbanization,the theory of rural revitalization and the theory of ecological environment,as well as an enrichment of the theory of urban-rural integrated development dynamics in the context of ecological civilization.
