The production-education integration is an important initiative for secondary vocational schools to carry out vocational education reform,optimize the education and teaching model and improve the quality of talent training,and is an important direction to achieve high-quality development of vocational education.The current stage is a critical period in the transformation and upgrading of the country’s industrial structure,and the application of cloud computing,the Internet of things and big data in the field of environmental protection continues to deepen,and the demand for skilled environmental protection personnel continues to increase.However,the supply side of environmental protection talent training still needs to be optimized and improved,and the fundamental role of secondary education has not received sufficient attention.Therefore,the innovative development and construction of environmental protection majors in secondary vocational schools and the collaborative construction of an industry-education integration talent training model with its own characteristics play an important role in meeting the development needs of the regional environmental protection industry.This study takes the training of environmental protection majors as the research object,and explores the objectives and development requirements of the training of environmental protection majors after the restructuring of secondary vocational education majors.According to the research on the production-education integration and theoretical and practical research on the training of environmental protection professionals at home and abroad,the main problems in the training of environmental protection professionals are summarized based on policy texts,questionnaires,field research and interview results.The study combines the development trends and cuttingedge contents of environmental protection industry and industry-education integration,analyses advanced case experiences,and constructs a collaborative pathway for the cultivation of environmental protection majors from the perspective of industryeducation integration.The study further enriches the theoretical research on the production-education integration in secondary vocational education,deepens the research on the cultivation path of environmental protection majors,and provides reference and reference for continuously optimizing the teaching reform of secondary vocational education under the perspective of production-education integration and effectively improving the quality of environmental protection majors’ talent cultivation.The main findings of the study are as follows:(1)An analysis of the current situation of environmental protection talents Training in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of integration of production and education.The production-education integration has become a national institutional arrangement for education reform and human resources development,and has gradually been transformed from a concept and policy into a mechanism and strategy.Government departments have introduced education policies,talent policies,enterprise policies and other financial and fiscal policies to guide the development of environmental protection professionals.However,there is no effective mechanism for the implementation of industry-education integration,and there is a lack of specific measures and detailed pathways for implementation.Various forms of industryeducation integration projects have achieved some success in the areas of professional development,teacher training,internship practice and cultural development,but the phenomenon of "hot schools,cold enterprises" still exists for environmental protection majors in secondary vocational schools,and the connotation of industry-education integration,teacher teams and evaluation systems still need to be improved.Teachers of environmental protection majors can make full use of modern information technology and optimize classroom teaching methods,but the cultivation of students’ critical questioning spirit and active exploration awareness still needs to be strengthened.(2)Analysis of typical cases of environmental protection talents training in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of integration of production and education.Qingdao Q Vocational School and Shanghai S Environmental School are selected as typical cases to study and evaluate and analyze talent training objectives,curriculum system settings,classroom teaching application links,internship practice and skills competition,social science services,evaluation system and guarantee mechanism.The study will also identify and summarize the experiences of environmental protection personnel training in secondary schools from the perspective of industry-education integration,such as connecting with the needs of the environmental protection industry,serving the transformation and development of the region,strengthening the integration of school-enterprise teachers and creating practice bases,which can be promoted and replicated.At the same time,the study will clarify the key problems and precisely grasp the causes to break the bottleneck of the integration of secondary vocational schools.The study will summarize the problems of industry guidance,lack of depth and breadth of integration,and the need to improve the operation and guarantee mechanism for the subsequent optimization of the path and solution of the problems.(3)Construction of multi-dimensional training paths for environmental protection majors in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of integration of production and education.The study integrates ideological and political elements to build a multi-dimensional training path of deep integration,virtuous cycle,openness and sharing,based on the goal positioning of promoting morality and cultivating people.It takes the development needs of regional environmental protection industry as the construction guide,comprehensive skills improvement as the logical main line,curriculum teaching system as an important carrier,and evaluation and feedback as the key driving force.We will focus on giving play to the main role of enterprises,strengthen detailed policy guidance,build digital platforms for cooperation,and connect the supply and demand of production and education.Integrate ideological and political elements,pay attention to practice and innovation training and vocational skills competition.We will improve multiple evaluation and feedback systems and innovate operational support mechanisms.Combining the demand for ecological environmental protection with the development trend of the integration of production and education in secondary vocational education,the research is carried out on the current situation and path of talent training for environmental protection majors in secondary vocational schools from the perspective of the integration of production and education,so as to provide experience reference and theoretical reference for secondary vocational schools to deepen the integration of production and education and optimize the path of talent training.In the future,I will carry out more extensive and deeper empirical investigation and research to explore the deep logic of the cultivation of environmental protection professionals and the relationship between relevant subjects.
