According to the requirements of the National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan to promote the integration of production and education,the Q secondary vocational school baking specialty was taken as a case to investigate the implementation status of the integration of production and education in this specialty,and the evaluation model of the production and education integration of secondary vocational schools was used.The status quo of the integration of production and education in the vocational school baking major was evaluated.Based on the specific problems found in the evaluation,the promotion measures for the baking of the secondary vocational school were put forward.The research found that Q secondary vocational school and enterprise cooperation mode is "order-based" mode,implementing “2+1” academic system,that is,studying in the school for the first two years,and internship in the enterprise one year later,the school and the enterprise have implemented professional Co-construction,joint construction of the curriculum,joint construction of the base and joint construction of teachers have achieved the integration of production and education,effectively improved the quality of personnel training and promoted the employment of students.At the same time,there are also problems such as the integration of production and education,and the lack of close cooperation between schools and enterprises.In order to verify the results of the survey,this study applied the evaluation model of the integration of production and education in secondary vocational schools.The evaluation results of the integration of production and education in the secondary vocational schools of Q vocational schools showed that the comprehensive score of the integration of production and education in Q secondary vocational schools was5.771 points.The overall implementation effect is at the “general” level.Q Secondary vocational school's integration of production and education(6.466)has the highest score,followed by professional joint construction(6.363),once again for the base construction(5.776),the course construction(5.720)is relatively low,and the teacherconstruction(4.452)is the lowest.In terms of teachers' joint construction,teachers' enterprise practice and enterprise teachers' entry into the school are relatively insufficient;in terms of curriculum construction,cooperative curriculum development and textbook writing are insufficient;in terms of joint construction,the construction of off-campus bases is insufficient;in terms of cooperation effect,the conversion rate of technological achievements is low.In view of the problems found in the survey and the evaluation results,this study proposes five measures for the integration of production and education in the secondary school baking major : one is to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff,the second is to improve the curriculum construction system,the third is to build an off-campus training platform,and the fourth is sound.The professional co-construction system,the fifth is to enhance the effect of school-enterprise cooperation.The measures proposed in this study can be used for the integration of the production and education of baking in the secondary vocational schools,and can also be used for the integration of other professional education in secondary vocational schools.
