| Article 40 of the newly revised Vocational Education Law of the People’s Republic of China in April 2022 clearly states that vocational schools should pay attention to the integration of industry and education in the implementation of vocational education,implement schoolenterprise cooperation,and at the same time propose to promote the reform of vocational education,improve its quality,strengthen its adaptability,and build a company that is compatible with the economic and social development of the socialist market.The vocational education system,which is consistent with the development law of technical and skilled personnel,provides strong talent and skill support for the comprehensive construction of a modern socialist country,and emphasizes the importance of secondary vocational schools to implement the integration of industry and education and carry out vocational education.During the "Thirteenth Five-Year Plan" period,the state regulated third-party environmental pollution control and encouraged the government to purchase environmental monitoring services.Later,the environmental protection department put forward corresponding suggestions to fully open the service-oriented environmental monitoring market,which will promote the surge in the demand for professional and technical personnel in the field of environmental monitoring technology.The environmental monitoring technology major has a strong practical nature,but at present,the talent training methods of environmental monitoring technology majors in many secondary vocational schools are not appropriate enough,the content design is divorced from the actual work needs of related enterprises,and the development and effectiveness of the integration of industry and education It did not work as expected.Secondary vocational schools are mainly for the society to cultivate application-oriented professional and technical talents,the integration of industry and education is the development direction of secondary vocational schools in the future,and will surely become the ultimate goal of secondary vocational schools to cultivate technical talents.Based on the above,under the background of implementing the policy of integration of industry and education,this thesis conducts a questionnaire survey on the students and graduates of environmental monitoring technology majors in the two secondary vocational schools,interviews and surveys with teachers specializing in environmental monitoring technology and workers in environment-related enterprises,and summarizes from the four perspectives of teachers,teaching,practical training and employment that there are imperfect access and postservice training of dual-teacher teachers in the training of environmental monitoring technology professionals in the two secondary vocational schools under the background of integration of industry and education,and the lack of novelty in curriculum teaching.The problems of lack of connection between practical training and enterprises and insufficient employment support work are put forward,and targeted proposals are put forward to encourage teachers to fill gaps,expand the team of dual-teacher teachers,update teaching methods,educate people in a schoolenterprise dual-way manner,actively introduce school-enterprise projects,and carry out employment guidance The solutions and suggestions for enriching employment channels hope to have certain help and reference significance for the environmental monitoring technology major of secondary vocational schools,and make certain contributions to the better implementation of the integration of industry and education in China’s secondary vocational schools and the cultivation of environmental monitoring technology professionals. |
