The level of people’s consumption in our country has risen substantially since the reform and opening up,livestock and poultry breeding industry has also developed,correspondingly,the problem of environmental pollution is becoming more and more prominent.Fecal matter from livestock and poultry breeding not only causes serious pollution to the atmosphere,water body,farmland soil,etc.,but also may cause deep harm of zoonotic diseases.Weifang is a famous large city of animal husbandry in the whole country,and is an important base of animal production and export in Shandong Province and even in the whole country.Because of this,the amount of manure produced by local feedlots has not increased much,and the task of eliminating manure in the vicinity is heavy.The utilization of animal dung and poultry is of great significance to the development of animal husbandry and ecological construction in the province.Below the scale of Weifang livestock and poultry farming industry is the most basic,the largest type of farming,its main production and operation is farmers.As the most direct disposer of cultured manure,its resource treatment behavior is directly related to the success of cultured manure and its implementation.This paper introduces the current development situation of livestock and poultry breeding industry in Weifang by using the official statistical data,and calculates the pollution amount of livestock and poultry breeding in Weifang in 2021 by using the pollutant discharge coefficient method,and on this basis,gives the load warning.In addition,this paper briefly summarized the preliminary results of the current resource utilization of livestock manure.On this basis,we selected Weifang Zhucheng City,Gaomi City and Linqu County as the study area to investigate the participation of farmers below the local scale in the resource utilization of manure pollution.This paper summarized and analyzed four kinds of waste disposal methods adopted by local farmers below the scale in the process of waste disposal: direct abandonment(farmland),compost return to the field,fresh packaging for sale(gift),and biogas fermentation.SPSS analysis software was used to construct a disordered multi-classification Logistic model to analyze in detail the influencing factors of the current manure resource utilization behavior of livestock and poultry farmers.The empirical analysis showed that: The current education level of farmers,family arable land area,family income,proportion of breeding income,breeding species,understanding of manure recycling treatment,manure recycling treatment is conducive to improving economic benefits,understanding of relevant policies,government publicity,and participation in technical training had significant effects on the behavior choice of livestock and poultry manure recycling use of farmers below the scale.To solve the pollution problems of livestock and poultry breeding feces,according to the results of empirical analysis,put forward the following countermeasures,so as to promote livestock farming feces pollution management: rational layout and planning of breeding areas,and playing the role of third parties;To raise the scientific and cultural level of farmers and strengthen technical training in pollution treatment;We should strengthen government support and improve subsidy policy.The Government has stepped up publicity efforts to raise environmental awareness;Appropriately expand the scale of breeding to increase farmers’ income;We will improve the multi-party control and supervision mechanism for recycling livestock and poultry manure. |
