| According to The NO.1 central document of 2018,ecological livability is the key to revitalizing rural areas.The document stressed the need to strengthen prevention and control of pollution from non-point agricultural sources,promote green rural development and create a new pattern of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.Ecological environment is the foundation for rural development and pollution control is the key to develop the countryside,according to the NO.1 central document of 2019.As a large breeding city in western sichuan chongzhou plays an important role in the supply of livestock and poultry.However,in terms of manure pollution control,many farmers have not yet established effective facilities for manure pollution control,and the consequent discharge of manure pollution will bring great pressure to the local rural environment.As the most fundamental subject of livestock and poultry excrement management,the selection of livestock and poultry excrement treatment is the key point to realize whether the excrement can be used as resources and whether it is harmless.Therefore,this article is based on farmers the microcosmic perspective,draw lessons from the existing related research results,theory of planned behavior theory,sustainable development theory as the foundation,spot investigation,combined with the lofty state building including subjective norm,perceived behavior control farmers farmers,farmers behavior attitude,livestock and poultry waste disposal willingness and livestock and poultry waste disposal behavior analysis framework.Under the framework of this analysis,299 rural households in20 administrative villages in 7 towns in chongzhou were investigated on the spot,and the relationship between subjective norms,perceived behavior control,behavior attitude and harmless treatment intention and behavior of rural households in chongzhou was quantitatively analyzed by using binary logistic model.This paper makes a quantitative analysis on the relationship among cognition,intention and behavior of farmers.In this paper,the study found that farmers are willing to take of livestock and poultry waste disposal,farmers,breeding years of age,education,breeding scale,the cognition of human health,the cognition of livestock and poultry health,for disposal behavior whether there are rewards and punishments measures,the influence of the surrounding neighbors were significantly affect farmers to livestock and poultry waste harmless handling behavior.According to the research conclusion,this paper puts forward the main policy Suggestions.First,to strengthen the input in rural basic education,to introduce advanced educational ideas and talents,and to strengthen the awareness of the harmlessness of livestock and poultry manure;Second,to further strengthen the appropriate scale of farming construction,mandatory implementation of livestock and poultry manure treatment;Third,the government further increases the incentive measures for the harmless treatment of livestock and poultry pollutants. |
