As the foundation of China’s rural economy,the aquaculture industry is developing rapidly,but the pollution problem caused by the aquaculture industry is also quite serious,which has brought huge resistance to the construction of the rural ecological environment and has also become a stumbling block for the sustainable development of the aquaculture industry.The resource utilization of livestock and poultry waste has been favored by the state as an effective way to control the pollution of livestock and poultry breeding.For example,the Central No.1 document from 2015 to 2022 involves the relevant content of livestock and poultry waste disposal and resource utilization.As the main body of the implementation of the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure,the behavior of farmers is directly related to whether the pollution control can be carried out smoothly and the effectiveness of the implementation.However,due to the longterm habits of farmers,they ignored the resource value of livestock and poultry manure,so that these useful resources were discarded.What is even more sad is that the discarded livestock and poultry manure resources have seriously damaged the rural environment.In order to maintain the balance between livestock and poultry breeding and the ecological environment,it is necessary to change the traditional concept of farmers’ livestock and poultry manure disposal,and improve farmers’ understanding of the situation.The perception of livestock and poultry manure recycling technology stimulates the enthusiasm of farmers to protect the ecological environment,and promotes the formation of farmers’ livestock and poultry manure recycling behavior.Based on farmers’ behavior theory,technology acceptance theory and other related theories,this thesis obtains relevant data on the utilization of manure resources of livestock and poultry farmers in Xinjiang through field research,from three aspects: usefulness perception,ease of use perception,and risk perception.The dimension depicts farmers’ technical perception of livestock and poultry manure resource utilization.And the binary Logit model is used to empirically explore the impact of different perspectives of technical perception on farmers’ livestock and poultry manure resource utilization behavior.The practical application of sewage recycling provides help and accelerates the sustainable development of rural aquaculture.The research results show that:(1)From the perspective of farmers’ perception level of livestock and poultry manure resource utilization technology,the average value of usefulness perception is 3.01,the average value of ease of use perception is 2.85,and the average value of risk perception is 3.39,indicating that Farmers believe that the existing technology is not helpful for the resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure,and the use is difficult and risky.(2)Farmers’ perception of technology significantly affects their behavior of resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure.The perception of usefulness and ease of use are the facilitative factors of the behavior of farmers’ livestock and poultry manure resource utilization,while the risk perception has no significant effect on the behavior of farmers’ livestock and poultry manure resource utilization.In other words,when farmers believe that livestock and poultry manure resource utilization technology can bring higher benefits and facilitate utilization,the possibility of participating in resource utilization behavior is higher.(3)Participation willingness and breeding scale have mediating and moderating roles respectively in the relationship between technology perception and farmer’s livestock and poultry manure utilization behavior.Among them,breeding scale has a moderating effect on the relationship between usefulness perception and risk perception affecting farmers’ livestock and poultry manure resource utilization behavior;participation willingness plays a mediating role in the effect of technology perception on farmers’ livestock and poultry manure resource utilization behavior.(4)Among the many control variables,the education level of farmers,whether they joined cooperatives,the distance to towns,and farming income are excellent in promoting farmers’ participation in the utilization of livestock and poultry manure resources.Manure resource utilization behavior also has a certain impact.Finally,according to the above research results,it provides corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of rural ecological civilization in Xinjiang. |
