| Limited by the development differences of rural areas in different regions,solving the problem of livestock manure treatment and resource utilization is an important starting point for rural ecological environment protection.It is of milestone significance to solve and improve rural ecological environment problems by adapting to local conditions and combining points with areas to stimulate rural economic growth points,realize the prosperity of rural industries,optimize rural living environment and accelerate rural revitalization.Binhai County of Jiangsu Province is a traditional breeding county with a good foundation for the development of pig and poultry industries.In recent years,Binhai County has implemented the transformation and upgrading of livestock and poultry industry with "reducing quantity and improving quality" as the starting point,with the number of free-range farmers decreasing year by year and the proportion of largescale breeding increasing year by year.However,with the rapid development of largescale livestock and poultry farming,the adverse impact of livestock and poultry manure on the ecological environment has become increasingly prominent.It is urgent to solve the prominent contradiction between the increasing pollution of largescale livestock and poultry farming and ecological environmental protection.This paper takes Binhai County as an example to study the treatment and resource utilization of livestock and poultry manure.Through extensive research,seminars,visits to breeding enterprises,questionnaires,information analysis and other methods,the environmental protection policies of livestock and poultry breeding in Binhai County,the basic situation of livestock and poultry farmers in Binhai County,the way of manure treatment and the supporting facilities of resource utilization in Binhai County are understood from multiple perspectives.At the same time,two information collection methods of symposium and questionnaire were used to master the supporting ways and utilization status of livestock and poultry waste resource utilization.Combined with the analysis of data processing software such as Excel and SPSS,the main measures and resource utilization methods of livestock and poultry waste disposal in Binhai County were obtained from the perspective of statistical data.Through visits to Binhai County Environmental Protection Bureau,Binhai County Animal Husbandry Station,Binhai County Statistics Bureau and the National Research team,the policy formulation of Binhai County People’s Government in terms of animal and poultry manure pollution and environmental protection,as well as the introduction of relevant livestock and poultry enterprises and supporting enterprises in terms of manure treatment are timely understood.This research focuses on Binhai County Yancheng Zhonghesheng Ecological Agriculture Co.,LTD.,Jiangsu Mingfeng Animal Husbandry Co.,LTD.,Jiangsu Wenshi Animal Husbandry Co.,LTD.,Jiangsu Zhengda Su Reclamation Pig Industry Co.,LTD.,Binhuai Town ZhangFuda Pig Farm,and other breeding companies with long breeding operation time and significant breeding volume in the county.Focus on understanding the leading enterprises in the process of livestock and poultry breeding,according to the new technology and method of manure treatment,grasp the enterprise work flow and treatment means,fully understanding the advantages and disadvantages of the existing livestock manure treatment and resource utilization in Binhai County,and then find out the problems existing in the treatment and resource utilization of livestock manure in Binhai County,and make an in-depth analysis based on the local aquaculture market and policy situation in Binhai,so as to find out the causes of the problems in manure treatment,and at the same time actively read foreign literature,learn from the ways and excellent practices of livestock manure treatment and resource utilization at home and abroad.Based on the livestock breeding structure in Binhai County,Put forward countermeasures and suggestions in line with the characteristics of local farming,effectively improve the level of livestock manure treatment and resource utilization in coastal areas,and realize the goal of high-quality and green recycling development in rural areas. |
