| With the rapid development of China’s economy, the problem of environmental pollution in rural areas has become more and more serious. While livestock and poultry increase economic income, environmental pollution caused by livestock and poultry manure is also becoming more and more serious.Environmental pollution caused by improper breeding of livestock and poultry has received extensive attention from governments and people at all levels. The treatment of livestock and poultry manure in rural areas is not only the guarantee for the healthy development of livestock and poultry, but also the guarantee of the healthy life of farmers. With regard to the management of rural livestock and poultry manure, farmers’ perceptions of the environment, their attitudes towards treatment of livestock and poultry manure, and farmers ’behavior. The method has an important impact on the treatment of livestock and poultry manure.Only when farmers actively participate in the whole process of governance can they fully protect their own legitimate rights and interests.(1)Based on game theory,multi-center governance theory, and farmer behavior theory, this research constructs an analytical framework for farmer households to participate in rural livestock and poultry manure management behavior based on game theory, and analyzes rural livestock manure management from the perspective of farmer behavior Carry out analysis and empirical analysis of the factors affecting farmers’ participation in the treatment of livestock and poultry manure, and systematically explain the logical relationship of farmers in the management. It is proposed to increase the publicity and education of farmers, improve farmers’ awareness of environmental protection, improve farmers’ awareness of the main body of responsibility, improve relevant rules and regulations, establish community organizations within the village, and suggest layers of environmental protection departments.Through analysis, this research has achieved the following results:(2)When analyzing the influencing factors of farmer household behavior, this study analyzes the four aspects of individual farmer household characteristics, farmer family characteristics, individual cognition and external environment, and selects relevant variables to analyze each variable using descriptive analysis and cross-analysis,In order to initially identify the influencing factors of farmers’ livestock and poultry manure management behavior. The study found that most farmers have realized the importance of the rural environment, their awareness of environmental protection has increased, and they have actively participated in the treatment of livestock and poultry manure and are willing to share the costs of environmental treatment. At the same time,it was found that the social interactions of farmers, the working ability of village officials, the supervision of street garbage cleaning by village officials, and the assistance provided by village officials to improve the environment of the village played a role in promoting environmental governance. The frequency of inspections by the higher-level government and the reward and punishment system formulated by the higher-level government played a role in promoting environmental governance.Did not have much impact.(3)Through theoretical analysis of the game relationship between farmer and farmer, farmer and local government, village committee and local government, analyze farmer’s behavior mechanism, clarify the basic requirements of farmer’s behavior in manure treatment, and analyze various factors that affect farmer’s behavior. The study found that the basic requirement of farmers’ behavior in livestock manure treatment is that farmers should take a positive attitude towards manure management. The individual characteristics of farmers, social interactions, rules and regulations and other external influencing factors also have a great impact on farmers’ behavior. In the analysis of farmers and related stakeholders, the behaviors of farmers are aimed at maximizing the interests of themselves or their families. Therefore,in the treatment of manure,it is necessary to increase the propaganda of farmers and actively guide farmers’ behavior choices.(4)Through empirical analysis,it is found that farmers have a clearer understanding of livestock and poultry manure and are more enthusiastic about participating in livestock and poultry manure management. The farmer households with larger household population and household income will be more active in the treatment of livestock and poultry manure. At the same time, because the overall educational level of Tibetan farmers is relatively low,the educational level does not have a significant impact on farmers’ willingness to participate in the treatment of livestock and poultry manure. The clearer the understanding of village road manure pollution and the better understanding of environmental protection policies, the more willing farmers are to participate in the treatment of livestock and poultry manure pollution. |
