The Influence Of Village Rules And Regulations On The Resource Utilization Behavior Of Livestock Manure From Farmers

With the promotion of livable and industrial beautiful rural construction,it is required to prevent and control of agricultural non-point source pollution and the resource utilization of livestock manure.The scale of livestock breeding is constantly expanding,livestock manure restricts the improvement of rural living environment and the promotion of rural revitalization strategy.Livestock manure as a misplaced resource,livestock manure resource utilization,in line with the national concept of green development.If the unreasonable allocation of livestock manure resource,it will lead to the waste of resources and environmental pollution problems.Village rules and regulations,as a kind of "soft constraint",is a supplement to formal systems such as environmental regulation,reflects the mainstream code of conduct of farmers,and plays an important role in guiding and restricting farmers’ resource utilization behavior.This thesis takes the behavior of livestock manure resource utilization by farmers as the research object,and constructs an evaluation system of village rules and regulations,which includes whether there are relevant village rules and regulations in the village and whether they play a role,in order to study the impact of village rules and regulations on the behavior of livestock manure resource utilization by farmers.The research of this thesis mainly includes: first of all,based on the field investigation,a total of 317micro-valid questionnaires are collected,on the basis of which the basic situation of the sample households is explained.Secondly,the Logit model is used to analyze the impact of village rules and regulations on the resource utilization behavior of livestock manure of farmers,and the robustness test is carried out.Thirdly,Heckman two-stage model was used to analyze the impact of village regulations on the resource utilization of livestock manure,and the robustness test was carried out.Fourthly,according to the analysis results,put forward the relevant countermeasures and suggestions.Based on the above research contents,the conclusions are as follows: firstly,the village rules and regulations with the utilization of livestock manure in the village are beneficial for farmers to carry out the resource utilization of livestock manure.Secondly,the full play of the role of village rules and regulations is beneficial for farmers to carry out the resource utilization of livestock manure.Thirdly,the relevant village rules and regulations in the village can help farmers to improve the level of resource utilization of livestock manure.Fourthly,the better the compliance of village rules and regulations,the more conducive to promote farmers to improve the level of resource utilization of livestock manure.Fifthly,the higher farmers’ awareness of environmental pollution,the more conducive to farmers to carry out livestock manure resource utilization and improve the level of livestock manure resource utilization.To this end,put forward countermeasures and suggestions: the first is to strengthen the construction of village rules and regulations and carry forward the fine rural style and civilization.The second is to guide villagers to abide by village rules and regulations and take them deeply into the hearts of the people.The third is to establish and improve the supervision mechanism of village rules and regulations and strengthen behavioral constraints.The fourth is to enhance farmers’ awareness of environmental protection and improve their enthusiasm for participation.The fifth is to attach importance to farmers’ agricultural technology training in the resource utilization of livestock manure to improve the level of utilization.
