Since the environmental protection industry was established as one of the seven strategic emerging industries in China,the government has successively introduced a number of environmental protection policies to promote the booming development of the environmental protection market,and the scale is constantly expanding.In this context,some enterprises in the industry actively carry out strategic transformation,business extension and industrial chain construction.Up to now,these enterprises have built a distinctive business ecology in some segments,formed a unique competitive advantage,and expanded the scale of revenue.Hanlan Environment is a district-owned state-owned enterprise starting from water business.After putting forward the strategy of "Big solid waste" in 2017,Hanlan Environment began to develop with solid waste treatment business as the core,actively distributed the subdivided industries of solid waste treatment,and then built the industrial chain structure of solid waste vertical and horizontal integration,and created a unique industrial park operation mode.A comprehensive environmental treatment plan has been formed to build a city without waste and break the problem of waste encirclement.How is the implementation effect of the "large solid waste" strategy,and where is the specific performance? What factors contributed to these outcomes of the strategy? Are there areas for further improvement?Are worth studying.On the basis of relevant literature and theories,this paper firstly introduces the basic situation of the environmental protection industry,solid waste treatment industry and companies.Secondly,it expounds and analyzes the motivation,specific content and implementation process of the ‘large solid waste’ strategy.Thirdly,according to the analysis framework of the strategic map,it follows the four dimensions of finance,customers,internal process,learning and growth.Analyze the effect,driving factors and defects of strategy implementation layer by layer,and make a summary.Finally,evaluate the overall effect of Hanlan environmental strategy implementation.The research conclusions of this paper on the implementation of ‘large solid waste’strategy of Hanlan Environment are as follows: First,solid waste business develops into the core business of Hanlan Environment,and forms an industrial chain of vertical and horizontal integration,which promotes the growth of the company’s income and the improvement of shareholder value.Secondly,the continuous and steady M&A and investment behavior,the cooperative operation mode of industrial park and the perfect solid waste treatment service have played a direct role in promoting the implementation of the strategy.Thirdly,the capital of manpower,information and organization plays an indirect supporting role in the implementation of strategy.Fourth,the large-scale expansion of Hanlan environment also brings problems in operation management and customer management.To sum up,Hanlan environmental ‘large solid waste’ strategy greatly improves the growth of the enterprise and forms a unique competitiveness,but it also brings certain pressure to operation management and customer management in the short term. |
