AF Environmental Protection Technology Co.,Ltd.is a private enterprise.After years of development,it has made great achievements in the field of air heat exchange,exhaust gas burning and heat transfer,and the drying and heating equipment of automobile spraying.But at the same time,it has also encountered problems such as the upgrading of environmental protection,difficult employment and rising salary,especially in the process of transferring the main production and operating base from Beijing to Jiangsu,and gradually exposed many problems,such as low efficiency,large turnover of personnel,and confusion of management.The position is not clear.The purpose of this paper is to analyze and formulate strategies for the development of AF companies on the basis of the environment faced by AF companies,so as to clarify ideas and directions for the development of the company for a period of time.The content of the paper mainly includes the following aspects.(1)using the analysis method of PEST model and five force model,this paper analyzes the macro and industrial competitive environment of AF company,and points out the opportunities and threats facing the company.(2)through the analysis of the company’s human resources,financial resources,R & D ability,production capacity,brand strength and so on,the company’s internal advantages are clearly defined.Potential and inferiority,and using SWOT analysis method to point out the strategy that the company may choose in the future;(3)combining the internal and external environmental analysis conclusions,a set of strategic systems suitable for the future development of the company is set up,that is,the AF company should choose the development strategy as the overall strategy,and implement the centralization,vertical integration and horizontal integration.To expand the market share,promote the integration of products,complete the strategic alliance,and achieve the AF company "around the core business,strengthen the integration and service capabilities of products,and strive to build a professional environmental service provider integrating equipment production,project consulting,process design,environmental monitoring,technology research and development." The overall goal;(4)the relevant strategic guarantee measures are put forward to build a new marketing and propaganda system,improve the financial management and fund operation level,speed up the innovation of the company’s product model and strengthen the construction of the human resources system of the enterprise.Through research,the strategic objectives of AF are clarified,and the general strategy,competitive strategy and functional strategy in line with the development direction of the company are determined.Through the implementation of the strategy,AF company will be able to make the company seize the opportunity of rapid development of the domestic environmental protection industry,and rely on strong safeguard measures,continue to carry out technological innovation,maintain the potential of active industry development,enhance the competitiveness of the enterprise,keep the advantages under the situation of fierce competition and the overall profit rate decline,and go to the first place.The road of rapid and stable development.
