disciplines,technologies,science,and technology.In 2022,the global biotechnology field will continue to make breakthroughs,accelerate the formation of new medical health scenarios,and profoundly change or affect the development of human social life.It is a great significance for biological enterprises,which able to seize the future scientific and technological commanding heights.As well as to build a highland of biological medicine industry,aims to grasp the development trend of biological medicine health industry and to seize the opportunities of frontier innovation.H Gene Corporation,as a leading biological science research institution in China.Ever since the founding project of the "1% of Human Genome" in 1999,after 20+ years of development,the institution has gone from various stages,starting from tracking and following,to participating in the integration,and to synchronous development to the current ultra-leading in the field of life science.The institution aims to adheres the new development by the following five strategies,namely self-practice,people’s livelihood,scientific research expansion,industry expansion,and talent growth.To practice five strategies step by step,could effectively promote the transformation of achievements in gene science and technology fields of study,and realize the grand vision of gene science and technology will benefit mankind.Facing the current trend of globalization and the continuous expansion of the institution,the institution is struggling with internal matters,such as lack of matched talent,weak business growth,and a shortage of middle-level management.As for the main contribution of the enterprise,middle-level management should not only being consider as the high-level backup talent for the sustainable development.Also,the core professional and technical personnel of the enterprise,which are the keys to enhancing the core competitiveness of enterprises.Due to the particular characteristics of the industry and research field of the institution,the middle-level management of the institution is generally millennials.The institution urgently needs a group of talents who understand both technique and management.Therefore,the institution needs to design a scientific and reasonable internal training and development s cheme for those middle-level management,need to combine with biological industry characteristics.Which could continuously lead to the development of the industry in the future development of the institution,aims to adapt to the complex industry environment,grasp the development opportunities,gain competitive advantages,and to provide support and guarantee for scientific and healthy development.This report references the middle-level management of the H Gene Institution,who administratively ranked as Levels 7 and 8,as the research objectives,and the main research focus is the training program for those middle-level management.Firstly,the literature review method will be used to systematically study and to elaborate the concepts,research theories,practical applications,and other knowledge related to training.Fully grasp the theoretical knowledge related to training,and based on relevant theories,describe the current situation of H Gene Institution,organizational structure,opportunities and challenges,human resources,and development status of middle-level management.In the meanwhile,through questionnaires,qualitative analysis,and other research methods,the current situation of the training scheme for middle-level management will be systematically analyzed and counted from the aspects of training needs,training planning and design,training organization and implementation,training transformation and evaluation,and the problems in training were found out.It is found that the training requirements did not collect in place,and the training planning and design were not scientific.The organization and implementation process of training also lack of effective guaranteed mechanism,training transformation,and evaluation are not ideal and efficient,and many other problems are analyzed and explored.Secondly,the training scheme for the middle-level management of H Gene Institution was optimized by using the relevant theories of training scheme design.Based on the characteristics of the business industry and institution,combined with the training objectives,it focused on strategic thinking,team management,self-management,and business management.The current training program is systematically optimized and designed from the aspects of training demand survey,training course planning,teaching team construction,experiences training methods,and training time optimization.The organization and implementation of the training program are comprehensively and scientifically considered and arranged.Thirdly,referring to Kirkpatrick’s four-level model of evaluation,the training effect is systematically evaluated from the aspects of employee learning,reaction,behavior,and results,so as to form a set of scientific and operable training program for middle-level management with industry characteristics.Finally,in order to implement a smooth implementation of the training scheme for the middle-level management of H Gene Institution.This report generate suggestions and considerations as the implementation and optimization plans,for the training scheme for the middle-level management from the following three aspects,namely organization,system,and resources.It also summarizes,ponders,and prospects the research.This report aims to improve and optimize the training scheme for the middle-level management of H Gene Institution,which is used to guide and cultivate the core strength of the middle-level management of the institution.To improve the team management and leadership of the middle-level management,efficiently transform them into business results,and actively inherit them.Meanwhile,to
