With the intensification of market competition and integration of new technologies,for enterprises,professional talents with high quality and high ability are an effective way to support the development of enterprises and maintain competitiveness for a long time.Middle managers are able to coordinate and support enterprise members at the upper and lower levels,continue to have professional technical knowledge,but also need to master certain management skills.Middle managers in financial departments can play a vital role in the financial health and sustainability of enterprises.It is of great practical significance to evaluate and train their abilities through competency model.On the whole,the ability and quality of middle-level cadres in financial departments can directly affect the assets and financial management of large state-owned enterprises.Taking Z Group as the research object,this paper investigates and studies the training status of middle-level cadres in its financial department,analyzes its existing problems,and constructs its training system based on the competency model.This paper first introduces the basic situation and organizational structure of the financial department of Z Group,and analyzes the distribution of education,working years,professional background and professional qualifications of middle managers in the financial department at present.Then,from the aspects of training needs analysis,training course design and training effect evaluation,the current situation of the middle managers training system in the financial department is understood.Through the research,it is found that there are some problems in the training system of middle managers in the finance department of Z Group,such as the failure to divide the differences among different professionals in terms of training needs,the improvement of financial personnel ability level by the undertaking of the training course department,and the little help of the training effect to the improvement of work ability level.Then,based on the basic theory of competency model,a questionnaire is designed to analyze the training problems and causes of middle managers in the finance department of Z Group from the aspects of competency index identification,training needs,training content,training effect evaluation and so on.Through investigation and interview,it is found that the reasons for the problems in the training system include the lack of investigation and research on the ability gap of middle managers at the present stage,the lack of in-depth analysis on the ability quality under the background of financial business transfer,and the lack of stage assessment and feedback on the improvement effect of job competence.Finally,the competency label of middle managers is constructed based on interviews and expert screening,and the competency model of middle managers in the financial department is constructed from three aspects of general competency,business competency and managerial competency,and the optimization plan is proposed from the aspects of training needs analysis,training course development and training effect evaluation.And construct the course teacher guarantee mechanism and training tracking management mechanism.
