Research On Well Control Training Management In Z Enterprise

In the process of exploration and development of oil and gas resources,various safety accidents have made petroleum and petrochemical enterprises face extremely severe pressure of production and operation,safety and environmental protection.Z Enterprise is a large state-owned enterprise engaged in oil and gas exploration and development,engineering and technical services,enterprise personnel training and other comprehensive businesses.With the continuous expansion of the group’s business,the requirements for safety production in petroleum engineering operations are becoming more and more strict.Well control is an important part of safety production in petroleum engineering operation.The requirement of well control personnel quality and ability is increasing gradually with the continuous extension and expansion of oil and natural gas exploration and development.In the current well control training and management process,there are some problems restricting the safe and sustainable development of Z company.How to improve the well control quality of petroleum engineering personnel through reasonable and effective training and management has become the focus of Z company’s well control training.In this paper,Z enterprise well control training management as the research object,after combing domestic and foreign literature research results,based on adult learning theory,Koch four-level assessment theory and learning organization theory,literature analysis,interview and questionnaire method,Z enterprise well control training management survey,and analyze the existing problems and reasons.Therefore,the optimization scheme design of Z enterprise well control training management is proposed.Firstly,the relevant literature at home and abroad is reviewed,and the well control training and training management as well as the relevant theoretical basis of training are introduced.Secondly,it introduces the basic situation of Z enterprise and the status quo of well control training and management process,and conducts a questionnaire survey on the problems of well control training and management in Z enterprise to analyze all aspects of well control training and management.Through the research,it is found that Z enterprise’s well control training management has five problems:insufficient training demand analysis,incomplete training plan formulation,weak training organization and implementation,incomplete training effect evaluation,and lack of training results transformation process.Then,the optimization scheme design of well control training management for Z enterprise is proposed,which mainly includes the optimization design ideas of well control training management and the optimization measures of well control training management.The specific ideas include the optimization objectives and principles of well control training management,the basic tasks of well control training management for petroleum enterprises,and the technical requirements of well control training management for petroleum enterprises.Specific measures to optimize include strengthening well control training needs research,improving well control training plans,strengthening well control training implementation forces,improving well control training effectiveness evaluation,and promoting the transformation of well control training results.Finally,from the aspects of incentive measure guarantee,organizational culture guarantee and training fund guarantee,it puts forward the implementation guarantee for Z company to strengthen well control training management.Through this study,the purpose is to improve the well control training and management level of Z enterprise,improve the quality of well control personnel of the petroleum engineering construction team,enhance the competitive strength of Z enterprise in the petroleum engineering construction market,and ensure the safe and sustainable development of the petroleum engineering construction site of Z enterprise.
