In recent years,the state has continuously emphasized the importance of industry-education integration in a series of educational reform documents.The industry-education integration contains complex and extensive contents.This paper focuses on practical teaching in secondary vocational schools,exploring how to effectively connect the "teaching process" and "production process",and cultivating the comprehensive ability of secondary vocational students.To promote the deep integration of the "teaching process" and "production process",we should pay attention to the process and subjectivity of teaching.However,due to the particularity of students’ learning situation and the singleness of teaching methods,how to promote the effective docking of the two has become a difficult problem in training course of turner in secondary vocational school.Therefore,under the background of the industry-education integration,this paper tries to apply "six-step teaching method" to the teaching of training course of turner in secondary vocational school,and carries out teaching practice research.Firstly,it defines the concepts of production-education integration,action-oriented and six-step teaching method,and explains constructivism learning theory,Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory and "learning by doing" theory,providing theoretical basis for the application of "six-step teaching method" in training course of turner in secondary vocational school.Secondly,investigating the students,teachers and front-line workers of enterprises to understand the teaching status of training course of turner in secondary vocational school,analyze and sort out the problems existing in the teaching,and put forward countermeasures.According to the theoretical basis and investigation results,designing overall the training course of turner in secondary vocational school under the background of the industry-education integration,formulate more targeted teaching objectives,explore more effective teaching process,arrange more comprehensive teaching content and design more powerful teaching evaluation methods.Selecting the step shaft processing task and the comprehensive shaft machining project in the teaching content,and integrate the "six-step teaching method" for teaching case design.Then select the comprehensive shaft machining project for teaching implementation.Finally,analyzing the effect of teaching practice of comprehensive shaft machining project and drawing research conclusions according to students’ academic performance and interview results,combined with specific teaching implementation process.Through practice test,it is found that the teaching effect has basically reached the expected goal,the average score of the students is 16.46,exceeding the expected value,and the comprehensive ability was strengthened.Through interviews with students after class,it is found that students’ learning enthusiasm and enterprise cognition have been improved,and their comprehensive level has made significant progress.In the process of completing the teaching design and teaching practice,teachers’ teaching level has been improved,they can create teaching situations and transform teaching methods according to the actual situation and students’ learning needs.In the process of teaching evaluation,enterprise evaluation is introduced to enrich the evaluation subjects,strengthening evaluation effect.The results of this paper will effectively promote the connection between the "teaching process" and the "production process" in the practical training teaching work of secondary vocational schools,improve the comprehensive ability of students,it can provide reference for the teaching research of training course of turner in secondary vocational school. |
