| With the rapid development of steel application,the terminal manufacturing industry has gradually improved the requirements for raw material quality,and the transformation of quality management mode of iron and steel enterprises is very important.At present,the quality model of most iron and steel enterprises cannot achieve consistent management,there is no systematic planning process support system management,and there is a lack of research on process and product capabilities.This quality management model can not meet the needs of efficient production.The SPC statistical process control system is applied to quality management,which can timely find out the abnormalities of key process parameters that do not meet the design requirements,so that the quality fluctuation can be predicted as early as possible during process control,and a reminder feedback can be made to the control stage.In this way,the generation of nonconforming products can be reduced and the loss can be reduced.Taking SPC and quality management as the research object,this paper studies the application of SPC in quality management by literature review and case analysis.The problems such as weak foundation,aimless quality management and confusion in application are analyzed and discussed.First of all,introduce the status quo of quality management,SPC related theories and the relationship between SPC and quality management in the overview part and the theory part,making the follow-up research coherent.Secondly,taking the quality management of iron and steel company J as an example,on the basis of in-depth analysis and discussion,this paper expounds the limitations and applicability of the quality management of J company in the planning stage and mass production stage.Then,according to the problems found and the actual situation of J Company,formulate corresponding countermeasures,form a set of effective and applicable improved quality management methods from the formulated countermeasures,and make research countermeasures based on the quality planning stage and process control stage of J Company.Then,the case analysis method is used to study the effect of the formulated countermeasures.After J Company implements SPC based quality management,the planning stage is more scientific and quantitative,and the process control and index evaluation are more comprehensive,intelligent,fast and effective.Finally,on the premise that the iron and steel enterprises taking J Company as an example attach importance to quality,appropriately refine the ideas and concepts of SPC application in quality management,establish a sound quality management system,and thus form a benign and recyclable quality management model.The application of SPC quality tools carries out quantitative evaluation of capability values from the four parts of quality management,realizes scientific process audit of capability research and handover,and effectively avoids mistakes caused by subjective factors.The reasonable use of scientific and efficient tools and the application of automation and intelligent high-tech can continuously improve quality management and product quality.Figure8;Table4;Reference 44... |
