Research On Engineering Design Quality Management Of M Coal Design Institute

Affected by the epidemic situation and the overall downturn of the global economy,the coal market continues to be depressed,which makes its design market shrink continuously.However,the system of survey and design units has been gradually transformed into a legal entity responsible for its own profits and losses,and coal survey and design enterprises are facing severe problems of transformation and development.The coal engineering project has the characteristics of complex design process and long construction period.The early exploration and design stage plays an extremely important role in the whole coal engineering construction process.In order to adapt to this series of changes,improve the quality of the design results of M Coal Design Institute and its own quality management ability,so that it can achieve higher quality design results economically and technically,and surpass the same type of coal exploration and design enterprises on the premise of meeting the national and industrial standards is the purpose of this study.First of all,it expounds the relevant theoretical concepts of coal design project management,and analyzes the current situation of domestic and foreign engineering design research;Secondly,starting from the research object M Coal Design Institute,by analyzing the internal and external environmental factors that affect its own design results,based on the project quality management and relevant coal industry design specifications,combined with the 4M1 E method,find and analyze the indicator factors that affect its own design quality results from the aspects of people,machinery,materials,methods and environment;Finally,the AHP method is used to build the hierarchical evaluation model of coal engineering project design.In order to ensure the scientificalness of hierarchical ranking as much as possible,the hierarchical evaluation model is empirically analyzed by combining judgment sampling,U control chart,fishbone chart and other tools.Put forward relevant suggestions and measures from the perspective of internal talent construction,software and hardware level,continuous quality improvement,etc.of the design institute,in order to improve the quality of their own design results and provide certain reference value for similar coal design enterprises.
