In the current era,the realization of corporate development strategy is closely related to organizational construction and human resource management.Among them,staff training management as an important part of human resources management,its importance can not be ignored.With the progress of science and technology,the state vigorously encourage,advocacy,to enhance scientific and technological innovation spirit and innovation ability at the same time,H technology company as a leading company in the field of advanced metal materials in China,facing the pressure of competition is more and more big,take on the responsibilities of more difficult,also want to keep up with the pace of The Times development,the urgent need to strengthen employee training management,Cultivate a batch of work teams with strong innovation ability and high comprehensive quality.With the expansion of the H technology company,the scale of production,relying on traditional extensive staff training management has been unable to meet the demand of the development of the company,exposed the employee training demand analysis is not comprehensive,not scientific training plan,training form is too single and so on a series of problems,although invested a lot of training management costs,but didn’t have the ideal effect,As a result,the company has gradually fallen into the bottleneck of development.Therefore,it is necessary to improve and optimize staff training management,comprehensively improve the comprehensive quality of the company’s staff,and lay a solid talent guarantee for the sustainable development of H Technology Company.Therefore,under the guidance of training management theories,this paper actively explores the optimization scheme of H Technology Company’s staff training management,so as to comprehensively carry out staff training management and improve the professional ability and quality of employees.This study combines human capital theory,three theories of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),S-OJT,using methods such as questionnaire,in-depth research company organization structure,staff training management present situation,to explore the effect of training management,in order to effectively solve the problem of staff training management as the goal,the optimization design company staff training management scheme.This scheme mainly includes four levels: training needs analysis,training project design,strengthening the implementation of training work,and improving training effect evaluation.On this basis,combining with the design the staff training management of H Technology company,clearing the staff training management objectives,refining the employee training management work content,makes the original relatively scattered staff training management links are systematically and structurally processed,in order to achieve the purpose of optimizing the staff training management plan of H Technology Company,comprehensively improve the effectiveness of staff training management,and ensure the long-term development of the company.
