Talents have become the core competitiveness of enterprises,and human resources training has gradually been attached importance by the management of enterprises.Building a scientific and reasonable staff training management system can give full play to the advantages of human resources and ultimately enhance the competitiveness of the corresponding enterprises.As a traditional state-owned enterprise,New Material in Zhuzhou Times has developed very rapidly in recent years.Especially after the listing of the company,the scale of the enterprise is increasing.At present,the shortcomings of the company's training management system are becoming increasingly obvious,which limits the self-growth of employees and can not meet the requirements of the development of the company for personnel training.It is necessary to optimize the current staff training management system.According to the theory of training management system,PDCA cycle theory and other related theories of training management,this paper makes a thorough study on the staff training management system of Zhuzhou Times New Material Company.It finds that the company does not attach enough importance to training,lacks analysis of training needs,too single training content,uneven teachers ‘level,and unscientific evaluation of training effect.According to the principle of systematization,this study optimizes the staff training management system of Zhuzhou Times New Material Company from the aspects of training needs,training faculty and evaluation of training results.In order to ensure the effectiveness of the optimized staff training management system,this paper points out that it should be guaranteed by strengthening the soft power of enterprises,improving the system guarantee mechanism,establishing the personnel guarantee system and improving the infrastructure guarantee.It is hoped that this study will provide an effective and operational solution for staff training in Zhuzhou Times New Material Company,enrich the practice of staff training management optimization in state-owned enterprises,and provide reference and guidance for state-owned enterprises to find the most effective staff training management system.
