Food is the most important thing for the people,food is the foundation of human society development.The thematic exploration of dietary culture is an effective way to make use of archaeological research results.Through deductive analysis of the food archaeology of the Shang culture in Shandong,it is helpful to restore the living environment and social changes of the local ancestors of the Shang Dynasty,and further highlight the important position of the Shang culture in the development process of Chinese civilization.This paper is divided into six parts.First,the significance of the topic.This paper expounds the academic significance of this topic,including the concept and current situation of food culture research,the related research summary,as well as the research method and purpose of this topic.Second.Regional environment and cultural background.This paper introduces the regional environment and social culture changes in Shangdong.From the time,space and history and other aspects of multi-dimensional discussion.Three,access to food.It mainly includes the cultural background of Shangdong diet,macroscopic investigation of grain production,analysis of production tools,grain production,meat production and so on.This part focuses on the collection and integration of relevant sites data,from the rise of things to social value and the spirit of the ancestors of the level of analysis.Four,food processing.It includes statistical analysis of dietary apparatus data,food processing and distribution methods,beverages and spices,etc.In the aspect of bronze diet ware,it focuses on exploring the relationship between food politics thought and the rule of Shang Dynasty and its guiding effect on the diet culture of Shang Dynasty.In the aspect of pottery dietware,based on the analysis of statistical data,the daily life of the Shang diet society is examined.Drink and seasoning are discussed in depth with wine and salt as two representative materials.Five,diet and consumption.This paper expounds the process of food consumption from the three aspects of merchants’ daily diet,large banquet activities and the political significance of sacrificial food,and deepens the cognition of the food life of the Shang culture society in Shandong region from the outside and inside.Six.Conclusion.This paper summarizes the previous points and points out the problems and shortcomings of the article.
