In the late Ming and early Qing dynasties,the first peak of "Iru Huitong" appeared in the history of Chinese thought.Many Hui intellectuals who are proficient in the Confucianism have helped the Confucian culture and the Islamic culture to be initially integrated.Liu Zhi is a typical representative of "Iru Huitong" and the peak of the history of "Iru Huitong" in this period.His book "Tianfang Ceremony" is the only Islamic work which is included in the "Siku Quanshu Outline".Through a review of the research on "Tianfang Ceremony" and Liu Zhi,it can be seen that the book "Tianfang Ceremony" has become its ideological system.In Liu Zhi’s ideology,he paid much attention to diet.In previous studies,the history of thought was the focus of academic attention.Based on this academic foundation,this study will combine the history of thought and the history of food culture,and systematically define the halal food culture in the "Tianfang Ceremony".On the one hand,we will study from the perspective of "things" of the halal food culture in "Tianfang Ceremony".It is a double-sided culture,that is,how the food system of eating and not eating is integrated with the cultural system.In terms of drinks,wine and blood are not drinkable.Wine can “make chaos”.The logical process is that drinking alcohol causes people’s emotions and will to change,and people are brought into a state of lack of thinking,which leads to the disorder of human ethical order and the inability to perceive the existence of God.Blood can cause evil.Liu Zhi puts "temperamental sex" into "blood gas" and believes that the animal’s blood is filled in its temperament.If a person drinks blood,he will bring the animal’s "blood gas" into the body,causing humanity to tend to evil.The genus of the flower syrup is a drinkable thing,which can replace the function of the wine,and can also strengthen the body.In terms of diet,the focus is on how to modulate the external food system into human eating behavior.There are three modes of debugging: one is edible;the other is conditional;the third is inedible.Dietary culture is mainly manifested in the latter two.It is beneficial to remove the toxic foods that are inedible,the edible and inedible foods,and the energy and calories required by the human body.But the teachings of Islam stipulate that these foods are inedible and thus make cultural choices.On the other hand,from the perspective of "people",the halal food culture in "Tianfang Ceremony" was studied.The pursuit of “clean” and “truth” in the catering process is the essential statute of halal diet.Cleaning is the command of God,the doctrine of the doctrine;chanting to perceive the existence of God.How people slaughter animals is a unique dietary processing behavior of halal diet.Whether or not it should be slaughtered is the choice of the Islamic language for food.How to slaughter is a symbol of Islamic animal ethics.In which people develop temperament and ethics to approach God.Based on the above basic conclusions,we will further consider the halal food culture in the "Tianfang Ceremony".It can be found that Liu Zhi is from the perspective of Yiru Huitong,incorporating dietary behavior into the cultural system,rather than eating behavior to generate a food culture.The teachings of Islam and Confucianism have been integrated in the "Tianfang Ceremony",which is the most important stage achievement of Yiru Huitong.It is unique in the history of Chinese thought and food culture.
