Study On The TCSL Strategy Of Chinese Diet Culture

Diet culture is an important and unique part of Chinese culture, which has a profound impact on language and people’s expression in China. Whereas language and culture influence each other so much that they are usually inseparable. Thus we should let the student realize Chinese Diet culture while teaching language, so that they can comprehend Chinese culture and Chinese mode of thinking and then grasp Chinese. This article based on the literature of Chinese Diet culture and the culture contrast, set students who have western culture background as the Teaching Object, and explores the strategies and methods of dissemination of Chinese Diet culture through TCSL after the textbook analysis and teaching analysis. Finally make an instructional design about Chinese Diet culture.
