National food culture,is an important part of national culture.This paper discusses and analyzes the food culture of the Korean people from the historical aspects of the history of the northeastern history,the national culture and the history of the Korean descent and the Korean food culture,through the history of the Korean food culture,the practical analysis and the field investigation.That the Korean food culture in the process of modernization,and constantly with other ethnic food culture integration and exchange,and showing their own important national characteristics,its diet is not only a modern high-level diet,such as the pursuit of health,but also rich With the Korean people rich historical memory,and has national identity and national education,to promote the development of local tourism and national culture and so on.This paper is divided into five parts,the first part of the main food culture and Korean food culture to do some sort of research,and thus put forward the author's writing intent,through the author's own identity as the Korean people to explain the Korean people Dietary research significance and role.The second part mainly discusses the Korean food culture form from the history of the Korean people and the historical geography of the northeast,and constructs the Korean food culture schema.The third part mainly analyzes the historical changes of the Korean food culture from the perspective of national history,and analyzes the realistic needs and development of the Korean food culture.On the basis of the third part,the author analyzes the present situation of the Korean food culture symbol from the perspectives of abstract and figurative,and points out its significance in the expression of national identity and geographical expression.On the basis of the previous parts,the fifth part discusses the health and national identity of the Korean food culture and the promotion of local tourism under the development of real economy.The author as a Korean,proficient in Korean language and Chinese language,in the historical literature summary and field investigation has obvious advantages.But at the same time as much as possible to avoid "their own nation" brought about by the trouble,strongly to the "other" identity to discuss the Korean food culture.
