Study On The Treatment Of Rural Domestic Sewage In F District Of W City

As a large agricultural country,based on rural areas,with the economic development in recent years,the sewage produced by rural production and living increased,affected the rural water environment.Since the 19th National Congress of the CPC,the rural revitalization strategy has been implemented.As one of the important tasks of rural ecological revitalization,the treatment of rural domestic sewage is related to the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy,and the necessity of the treatment work is increasing.In order to explore the status quo of rural domestic sewage treatment,this paper takes F district as the research object.Based on the research of domestic and foreign rural sewage treatment,polycentric governance,collaborative treatment and good governance is combined.Using interview method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,this paper analyzes the existing problems of domestic sewage treatment in F district.it is found that there are unreasonable overall planning and insufficient supporting facilities,single subject and low degree of specialization,separate administration of departments and different sub-district offices,insufficient personnel participation,supervision,operation and maintenance,and insufficient implementation of funds in the governance of F district.Secondly,based on the relevant principles of public management,the paper analyzes the causes of the problems from the level of government functions.The main reasons are the lack of scientific governance work,low degree of diverse participation,the government responsibility division of labor is not clear,and imperfect long-term mechanism.Finally,according to the reasons obtained from the analysis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward by using the theory of diversification,collaborative governance,making long-term planning according to local conditions,promoting the collaborative governance of all parties,using the governance method of diverse participation to mobilize the enthusiasm of all parties,the government taking the initiative to shoulder its responsibilities,and establishing and improving the long-term mechanism...
