At the 75th session of the United Nations General Assembly in September 2020,Xi Jinping solemnly made the goal that China will reach peak carbon by 2030 and carbon neutrality by 2060.On September 21,2022,SASAC proposed to set the peak carbon target in a scientific and reasonable manner according to the requirement of "one enterprise,one policy",strengthen green and low-carbon technology innovation and promotion,promote the synergy effect of "pollution reduction and carbon reduction",and guide local The Commission will guide local enterprises to formulate their own "green development strategies" and "carbon peak action plans".Chongqing Municipal Commission of Economic and Information Technology issued the "Implementation Plan for Achieving Carbon Peaks in Chongqing Industry" on October 14,2022,which specifies to increase the supply of "green and low-carbon" products,accelerate the R&D and promotion of "green and low-carbon" technologies,and build The goal of "green,low-carbon" technology innovation platform.In this background,A Coal Chemical Company,as a high energy-consuming enterprise in the traditional coal-to-methanol industry,is in urgent need of a solution to the problem of how to carry out green development and transformation.This paper follows the research idea of "current situation analysis→strategy selection and implementation → security measures",combines literature analysis,questionnaire and field research methods,and uses PEST,SWOT,five forces model and matrix analysis tools to carry out a systematic research on the green development strategy of A coal chemical company in the context of carbon neutral target.First,for the analysis of the current situation,this paper analyzed the external opportunities and threats of the enterprise using EFE matrix,and found that A coal chemical enterprise has the opportunity of green development-related policy support,while the competition in the methanol chemical field is at a disadvantage.Then,this paper analyzes the internal strengths and weaknesses of the enterprise by using IFE matrix.A coal chemical enterprise has made some achievements in green development,but at the same time,it also has the disadvantages of limited talent attraction and late start of green development.Second,strategy selection and implementation Based on the results of EFE matrix analysis and IFE matrix analysis,four alternative strategy analysis matrices were established by SWOT-QSPM matrix in the process of R&D strategy selection of A coal chemical enterprise.According to the matrix calculation,it can be seen that A coal chemical enterprise has the highest score in the turnaround strategy and the second highest score in the diversification strategy;when the enterprise green development strategy is formulated,the two can be combined,and relevant plans are formulated for the company’s talent training and management,the company’s production process,technology research and development,and the further promotion of existing technology.Third,based on the results of the selection of green development strategy,a four-pronged guarantee system of organization structure,system regulations,human resources and financial assets is constructed for the effective implementation of green development strategy of A coal and chemical enterprise.After the study,we know that the development prospect of coal chemical enterprise A in the context of carbon neutral target is full of challenges as well as some opportunities.This paper selects the specific implementation plan of turnaround strategy and diversification strategy for A coal chemical company through strategic analysis,which can provide guidance and reference for the green strategy management practice of A coal chemical company and similar small and medium-sized coal chemical companies. |
