Corporate development strategy is a comprehensive plan for the long-term development of enterprises.Under the current situation,Small and medium-sized enterprises have both opportunities and challenges.As a manufacturing enterprise specializing in the research and development,production and sales of dock berthing protection products,Y Company has gradually developed into a leading supplier in the industry in the past 40 years,and is a typical enterprise in the modern domestic dock berthing protection products industry.In view of the changing internal and external environment and the problems exposed,Y company also faces pressure from all aspects.How to better deal with and solve the problems and create a healthy and sustainable development path has become the top priority of Y Company.This paper takes Y company as the research object to explore the enterprise development strategy suitable for Y company.This paper first describes the theoretical present situation of the development strategy of domestic enterprises,introduces the theories and methods to be used in this paper.Combined with the situation of Y company,it illustrates the existing problems in its operation,and makes a comprehensive analysis of the internal environment to obtain the advantages and disadvantages of the enterprise.Porter’s Five Forces model and PEST analysis are used to analyze the external environment of Y company,and it can be seen that development opportunities are greater than threats.Through SWOT model,QSPM matrix is established for Y company growth strategy,implement vertical integration strategy,at the same time of solid product market position,to product marketing,installation and maintenance form products and promote the benign development of the situation to each other,installation and maintenance which strategy for deep study,increase investment in research and development,The development of product market and the expansion of business scope,and from the organization and system,human resources,internal management,incentive mechanism,technical support and other aspects of the implementation of the relevant strategy of security measures.Based on the various challenges faced by small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises like Y company in their development process,this paper faces the dilemma of enterprise development directly.Guided by the theory of enterprise development strategy,this paper makes an in-depth analysis of the enterprise’s own business problems and external environment,and helps Y company further define its development direction and formulate its development strategy.
