In recent years,the new material industry,as a strategic emerging industry in China,has achieved rapid development under the continuous drive of national policy and huge market demand.Especially affected by the consumption advocacy of "replacing steel with plastic",the application of modified plastics in new materials in industry and life is more and more extensive.But the steady growth of market demand has also driven more enterprises into the field of new materials,making the phenomenon of product homogenization in the current market more and more intense;on the other hand,there is still a gap between domestic new material enterprises and foreign leading enterprises in terms of technology level,product quality and industry concentration,and they lack competitiveness in high-end application fields.Under the current environment,China’s manufacturing enterprises in the field of new materials must focus on the transformation and upgrading driven by innovation in technology,products and structure,comprehensively improve their comprehensive competitiveness,stabilize their market position,and achieve long-term sustainable development of enterprises.This paper takes XD New Materials Group,a manufacturing enterprise in the field of new materials,as the research object.On the basis of studying,sorting and summarizing the strategic management theories and research literatures of relevant enterprises at home and abroad,combined with the actual situation of XD New Materials Group,using PEST analysis model,porter five model and comprehensive SWOT matrix analysis the macro environment,industry environment and internal environment,has been clear about the XD New Materials Group present advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats,combined with the mission and vision of XD New Materials Group,in order to achieve the strategic goals agreed upon,follow the basic principles of strategic adjustment,Under the guidance of strategic thinking,the general plan and specific plan of strategic adjustment of XD New Material Group were formulated,and corresponding safeguard measures for strategic implementation were put forward in accordance with the actual situation and characteristics of the group.The research of this paper is of great practical significance for XD New Materials Group to improve its overall strength and gain a firm foothold in the fierce market competition.Meanwhile,the research results can also provide reference ideas for other enterprises in the same industry to adjust their strategies. |
