With the rapid development of my country’s economy,the construction industry has also ushered in opportunities for rapid development,and has always maintained a good momentum of development,making significant contributions to alleviating local employment,improving people’s livelihood,and driving regional economic development.However,the construction stage has the characteristics of weak safety awareness of construction personnel,difficult operation of mechanical equipment,complex construction technology,and harsh construction environment,which makes a lot of potential risks endangering the safety of life and property during the construction of the project.Therefore,it is necessary to identify,analyze,and control hidden dangers through reasonable and scientific methods,so as to reduce the probability of safety accidents and provide guarantee for the timely and safe construction of the project.Based on the above background,this paper firstly takes the Weihai Green Axis Chunheli Phase I project as the research object,based on the advanced project construction safety management theory at home and abroad,combined with the project’s construction overview and overall safety management goals,using field research methods and The work breakdown structure method is used to identify and analyze the influencing factors of project safety.Secondly,based on the construction site conditions of the Chunheli Phase I project and the important factors affecting construction safety,combined with the principles of index system construction,a safety management evaluation index system is constructed,and each index determined by experts in the construction industry is relatively important.The analytic hierarchy process is used to determine the weight of each index,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to determine the safety management level of the project.Furthermore,by learning from the advanced safety management experience at home and abroad and analyzing the causes of safety accidents,it provides prevention and control measures for the improvement of the safety management level of the Weihai Green Axis Chunheli Phase I Project.Finally,a series of safeguard measures are put forward from the aspects of construction organization and system,in order to not only provide safety guarantee for Weihai Green Axis Chunheli Phase I Project,but also provide reference for other projects’ construction safety management research.The safety management of the construction stage of the construction project can not only ensure the safe and smooth implementation of the construction project,but also prevent the increase of costs and the extension of the construction period to a certain extent,thereby ensuring the economic benefits of the construction enterprise.The research of this paper can effectively prevent and control the safety accidents of Weihai Green Axis Chunheli Phase I Project,improve the project’s anti-risk ability,ensure the smooth development of the project,and also provide the safety management for other construction projects.The program provides certain experience support.
